USA Health and Wellness Recenzje 

We ordered an American Spa back in November. Got it a few weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased. This is an excellent unit, great quality and easy to get up and running. The customer service from USA Health was outstanding. Eric and Tyler were great about keeping me informed. The only criticism I have is that I would like to know ahead of the purchase that the lead times were extensive but that is getting pretty common. Overall a great experience.

Tyler was very helpful finding the right Jacuzzi model, offered excellent pricing and arranged for a delivery in the future that we kept changing while waiting for construction to finish. Their communication was excellent throughout. The sauna is awesome.

They took the time to describe the pros and cons of 3 different saunas that I was considering. Also suggested the 3 person version of the Healthmate sauna, which was only a couple hundred dollars more. Just got it delivered yesterday, it was easy to set up. Love the cedar wood. And we’re glad we got the 3 person one. Delivery time was 2 weeks; fast compared to the cheaper models that come from China. Overall, a great company to work with.

These folks did very well. They were informative, patient, and very helpful in explaining, then expediting our order. The unit just arrived and was put up yesterday, by a very good group from SoCal. We're really looking forward to using it.

Tyler was amazing! Told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect sauna, and at an amazing price. We've had it for a year now and still use it every other day. Couldn't be happier.

We purchased a sauna from this company last April. We were very pleased with the knowledgeable and helpful staff, particularly Tyler, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our sauna. It gets used daily, and we’re really impressed with the quality of the product. Overall, a very positive experience!

Garen was extremely helpful and honest when it came to picking out the right sauna for me. His willingness to answer any question I had was impressive. No regrets in shopping for my sauna with this company!

It’s been a dream to have my own private sauna. But all the normal hesitations prevented me from buying one. Where to put it (not having the perfect space) extensive set up, maintenance, cost, desire for sticking with what I know (wet sauna), etc. After one educational conversation with Garen I quickly realized my knowledge on Sauna’s was extremely dated. The sauna world has evolved over the last decade and Garen/his products are at the forefront of it. In a short period of time I had a Health Mate sitting at my door step. Set up took less than 45 mins, without a single screw....couldn’t believe it. It’s been 2 months now and I kick myself daily for not having investigated this purchase many years ago. Back feels better, sleep is great, the darkness of winter more bearable, and the sauna is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is 10 out of 10. Even better the price was totally affordable and fair. My greatest learning above all is that you don’t need the perfect space to have a sauna. You could literally have one in your living room. Garen’s process from start to finish is white glove. Have already referred him to many friends in hopes of opening their eyes to the process and the benefits.

I’ll never go without again.

Early stage search of the best full spectrum sauna found me @ USA Health and Wellness where I liked what I read. I picked up the phone and was drawn in further after feeling that Garen was truly passionate about guiding me through my questions and concerns. We talked nearly an hour and I never once felt his concerns were about his bottom line and more that it was all about me. Full of knowledge, expertise and experience as opposed to a typical sales clerk who knows nothing beyond the spec sheets in front of him.
I am sold on Garen Manzo and Tyler Pellitier!

Garen and Eric have given me good customer service.....so far. I ordered a 2 person American Spa hot tub and manufacturing is delayed due to Covid which I completely understand. I did have a hiccup with the financing company and the matter was resolved within 2 hours after contacting Garen and Eric. I could have purchased the same model for $600 less with a big box chain. Eric difree steps to offset my cost

My initial impression of USA Health and Wellness is your not just another face in the crowd as want to increase business.

My only issue and it’s not a fault of USA Health but with the manufacture. I would like to have updates on my order. I am a disabled veteran and the hot tub is not a toy but treatment with chronic back issues.

If the delivery goes well I will add another star so time will tell.

Although our salesman was excellent and very helpful, we experienced a significant delay (many weeks) in receiving our product; probably due to the current world situation; but it would have been nice to have the delay information up front, and not to have had to pay the entire amount until it had actually shipped.

What came did not have clear and precise directions
It was not clear which screws to use and in fact I used many of our own screws
Trying to follow up on getting our light to work inside seemed unproductive and when I took pictures of the top wiring and sent it with e-mails. No response.

We have enjoyed the sauna but felt the handling of the these issues was disappointing to us. Lonny Liebelt

No real problems, shipping to our location was an issues but we worked out a good compromises. No issues so far.

overall a good experience, but still waiting for delivery in this busy season

So far my experience has been great. My hot tub has not arrived, but they have excellent customer service. The customer service team answers emails promptly.

I absolutely love my Sanctuary Corner Sauna! It fits perfectly in our bedroom corner and we love, love, love the way it looks and feels! It is made so well! The basswood matches our color of our walls and looks like it was made for this space! I love the color therapy, especially the way the colors change on the automatic option. The blue tooth music option is really awesome! Love our sauna!
