I never received my shipment

I never received my shipment. It's been over a week since Amazon Shipping provided any updates.

They don't have a hold on their own…

They don't have a hold on their own preorder systems; I've been waiting over a yr for a single preorder of Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots Metal Gear Rex to arrive. The company claims logistics issues, yet the same item is found in stock on Amazon. Meanwhile, they are still pushing preorders for other model kits.
