Something not right here
Got a call as I was about to go into a meeting, we ran through a few questions then I said how long will this take, I was told 15mins this I couldn’t do as I needed to be in this meeting, I was then told if I terminated the call I will never be able to re apply, 2 days later I received an email saying congratulations I can enter the green car lottery & need to pay, I replied to the email explaining the above only to get another today saying they’ve received my application & it’s incomplete obviously no one is actually reading their mail just a automated system

Absolute scam… the company USAGC…
Absolute scam… the company USAGC Program LTD was dissolved in 2019, whatever this is, it’s not that. The website states $39, they phone you and near on demand $390 in a one off payment. Got seriously pushy, not listening to me saying I wasn’t paying and continues asking how I was making payment. Refused to arrange payment at later date (not that I was going to as I knew at this point it was a scam. ) Block their number and go nowhere near them.

Requesting a refund, application was not completed.
They took $600 Australian from my daughters account.
Do the right thing and please refund the money as soon as possible and restore peace of mind with dealing with USA.

Refusal of Refund
Absolutely disgusted with this company.
I am currently disputing the transaction with these people through my bank because they refuse to refund me, when I have not even availed of their services. I have done a consultation to see if I am eligible and have paid. I have NOT sent in any documents, nothing has even started. So why would they refuse to refund me? They tried to charge my bank 3 times and the customer service is appalling. Amelia is the most disrespectful, rude and ignorant person I have come across in my life. Stay FAR away from these people. Trust the reviews from myself and other people.

Just don’t
This is a private company which can help manage your US green card application, but will not guarantee you get it.
You get charged with 400$ initially to just fill in your application on the official US via website.
If you get passed the validation process, they will ask for 3000$ to help you complete the following steps.
They will not tell you in advance of the second fee.
If you don’t get the green card the 1st year, expect to pay again for the following years.
Absolute rip off!

SCAM , FRAUD COMPANY
After initial registration and payment done, I was supposed to receive an email for uploading photo and fill the related forms which the email never arrived. I requested so many times for the refund as NO SERVICE provided. So far no reply nothing. Don't trust them.

This feels like a scam.
This feels like a scam.
When I said I would discuss with my partner before proceeding with payment and the application, the person told me that my application would be discarded and that I would be listed as an un serious applicant. They also said I could not call them back later in the day as I likely wouldn’t get through and my application would be closed. They also told me that in comparison to my household income the fee was insignificant so what was I worried about.
Almost £300 is not an insignificant amount of money. The person on the phone seemed to become irritated when I said I would not like to proceed. I terminated the call without proceeding with the application with this company.

They are a scam, PLEASE do not hand over your money! I accidentally entered my information in on this site but soon after quickly learned it wasn’t the official government website, but by then it was too late! They had my number! I entertained their call because I wanted to hear for myself how convincing they was haha, ridiculous! Blocked their number now. No doubt I’m now going to be FLOODED with calls I continually have to keep blocking. Ridiculous please don’t fall for them people! Find the legit USA Gov website to apply!
EDIT - their response is ridiculous…. Literally called me a hour before I posted this review 😅

This company has done nothing for us…
This company has done nothing for us but to make promises and keep putting their hands out for more money, $5200 AUD so far and now refuse to hand of the recorded conversation of their consultant promising that we had already been approved we just needed to pay a further $3500 US.
