POOR PRODUCT, VERY POOR RETURN POLICY
I ordered what appeared to be a supportive strapless bra from Shapshe. The bra clasped in the front, as well as the back, making it look very supportive. The reality was far from the advertised product. After weeks of waiting, the bra arrived with significant flaws. The front closing band was noticeably longer than the back closing band and immediately rolled under, providing no support. The return process was a nightmare. Customer service repeatedly attempted to deflect my request with discount offers, delaying a proper return. When they finally provided a return address, I was faced with an exoribtant shipping fee, and they offered no assurance of accepting the return. This experience was incredibly frustrating and costly. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This company is a scam! I tried to return 2 bras that were never worn and they told me it would cost too much yo send them back. They offered me 10% off to get rid of me! I had to call my credit card company to report them. Absolutely a nightmare company from China! Don’t do any business with them. ! I’m so sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered from them!

This company is a FRAUD
This company is a FRAUD. BEWARE. Sizing is WAY OFF. Products look nothing like the pictures/ads - cheap looking. Everything comes from China. They do not accept returns. They are overpriced and then you are stuck with the items when they don't fit. SCAM!!!

So much to choose from
Honestly, the hardest part of shopping on the site was picking out my favorites. I generally shop online by choosing everything that catches my eye and then I cut the list down from want to need. I'm looking forward to my items. If they are as awesome as they look on the site I'll be getting some of the pants and skirts next.

Bad experience
I placed an order on February 13th and just received the items today. Paying for express shipping is a waste of money. It's not worth it they take their sweet time. Anyways I was excited to wear one but was so disappointed. I ordered a large short sleeve tummy control sculpting shape wear and not even sure if it's large because the tags were cut off🤔. The only area I can say there was some type of support was my stomach but it was still loose from the back and on the picture it's also supposed to go up to the lining of your bra but these didn't, so there was some bulge hanging. There was no type of support on the arms, thighs, or buttocks. I should of known, since the models on the website are thin. These are supposed to be from Columbia, so why are they being shipped from China is it because the material is cheaper to make there? A friend owns a thrift store so I'll be giving them to her at least she can get something for them and hopefully someone else can enjoy them.

For the first time in many years, I found a bra that actually does what it advertises!!! I am completely satisfied with the Shapshe bra so much that I ordered 2 more yesterday. The bra is everything I need in support and comfort and I love the fact that there is a separate hook section if I need more chest room.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I made a $200 order on December 2, 2024. They took my money and never sent me a tracking number, or delivery notice.
We are now in February and they have been emailing back and forth, talking about talking to their logistics department which is BS!
They delivered my order to a completely different address than what I put and both have pictures and proof that this was not my address and this company’s mistake.
They still haven’t delivered the items over two months later after they said they would and they have not given me my money back! Please don’t do this to yourselves guys. THIS HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE EMAILS AND EMAILS GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THESE PEOPLE BSing me for over two months. Don’t do it to yourselves.
