Not what i expected
Excellent service and fast shipping.. unfortunately the product was warped from the box and couldn't be straightened for proper installation. I had to remove it after first installed and reinstall it to attempt to make it functional. Waiting now to see if remains flat and functional during spring weather.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear the product arrived warped and caused difficulties during installation. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
Occasionally, temperature changes during transit can affect the material slightly, but it should settle back into shape once installed correctly. We appreciate you taking the time to reinstall it, and we completely understand your concern about how it will perform over the coming weeks.
Please keep an eye on it during the spring weather, and if you continue to experience any issues at all, don’t hesitate to contact our support team directly — we’ll be more than happy to help and make things right.
We truly appreciate your patience and your positive comments about our service and shipping.
Kind regards

The product works just as promoted. Customer service is very helpful. Preparation of floor is key to a successful application resulting in a solid water barrier/dam.

1-1/2" barrier for metal garage with roll up doors.
I went with the 1-1/2" barrier for my metal garage with roll up doors. Product seems almost indestructible with any vehicle. Now any water that seeps under my door seals doesn't make it into my garage.
