I had orginial bought the Centauri Carbon and was really impressed with it and that's what lead me to purchase the Centauri Carbon 2, makes it nice to have 2 machines and only one slicer. The CC2 does not disappoint it is well built and easy to use just like the CC1. Very happy with my 2 printers.

You sent me a bad batch of filament
You sent me a bad batch of filament, which ended up clogging three different extruders and nozzles. When contacting support, I ended up getting the runaround. So if I don't hear back about a refund or exchange soon, I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Love my Elegoo Centuri Carbon 2 and when issues did arise, Elegoo responded promptly and resolved my issue’s either with advice or replacement parts.
Knowing Elegoo provides this level of support I did not hesitate to purchase another machine.

Poorly packaged for shipping
Help all of your customers by improving your shipping. Do more than just tape the product boxes together and slap on a shipping label, that's truly ridiculous! Parts and filament orders have come this way. It's very difficult to open, and ruins the product boxes I sometimes use for storing their contents. Please. JIM

Never received order
Ordered the carbon 2 Easter package was shipped on the 31st of March it was supposed to come with four rows of Easter colored filament they were shipped separate I got the printer in two days by FedEx it's 15 days now I still haven't got my filament!!!!
Your company seems like it doesn't care I'm going to open a complaint with PayPal and I may return the printer for a full refund.

About to have 28 hours of printing on…
About to have 28 hours of printing on my CC2 and so far it has been nothing but smooth sailing all of my prints have been amazing and the fine detail work is what really has me excited!!

Giga Happy!!!
I am very happy with the purchase of my OSG! The delivery and shipping went smooth. The unit was packed very well and arrived in great condition. Assembly of the printer was very easy took about an hour. After leveling and doing some calibrations it printed a test print and it turned out great for the size if this printer. I look forward to making some big things with it.

Good product bad tutorials
The product seems good. The tutorials are flat garbage though. I have found out that some things about the centauri carbon 2 are the same as the centauri carbon one but only through trial and error. God help you if you bought just the replacement nozzle for the carbon 2 and tried to find the information on how to swap it without knowing that it seems to be the same as the carbon 1
