I AM REPORTING ANIKA CASSEL OF FRAUD

Luckily I didn’t pay any money to this awful company as I put all the facts together. They asked me to pay $400 today, for a green card, and after careful research i realised this isn’t right.

They was calling me at 8am GMT, however this would mean it was 2am in Arizona, strange time to be in the office?

She told me she would send me an email with proof my application had been processed but only sent one regarding I haven’t sent money.

She’s sent me countless emails of asking if I am paying the $400 today. And then realising it’s a non government website. I feel so sorry for all the people that have wasted money with this awful company. And I hope they get the justice deserved. They have completely ruined my confidence to apply for visa in the future. Just awful what they are doing to people

AVOID!! This is a scam website, that advertises misleading services. They will take your money, steal your private information & not deliver the services you apply for.

Unfortunately I mistakenly applied for my ESTA via this (unknowingly, third party website, that charged me over 4x the cost) on 28-Dec-2025. ESTA's should be issued within 24-72hrs. After 3 weeks of no updates and no response to my emails, I attempted to check the status online to find that the applciation didn't exist. I contacted CBP directly who confirmed this. After trying to dispute with the company, they first pretended they didn't have my passport information causing the delay, then told me they couldn't refund it because it had already been processed. I received a bunch of misleading, untruthful emails to try and confuse me into leaving it. I have now submitted a legal application via the government website (which successfully submitted, further confirming this company were lying). I have disputed the charge with my bank & reported the company to the FTC.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!

I've got my visa, but I massively overpayed and I gave important personal information to a third party... I hope I learned an important lesson!

Scam website. They try to charge 160$ for the ESTA application form when the offical price is 40$.

Beware and don´t upload any info or documents.

STATE ATTENTI É UNA TRUFFA! Il sito é quasi uguale a quello ufficiale del governo, e proposto tra le prime scelte quando si cerca -ESTA siti ufficiali America-. Nonostante abbia inviato meno di 30 minuti dopo la richiesta di rimborso totale e cancellazione di tutti i miei dati, seppur mi abbiano risposto a più di 20 emails che mi avrebbero rimborsato, non lo hanno fatto, e dopo 5 giorni mi hanno proposto un 25% di rimborso su 154,54 euro! Se non mi restituirete i soldi e non cancellerete tutti i miei dati farò una denuncia ufficiale alla polizia postale per truffa e lascerò 1 stella. Brutta esperienza davvero.

Bin versehentlich auf dieser Seite gelandet - ist angeblich ein Dienstleister und nicht die offizielle Seite. Eindruck war seriös - mein Esta habe ich über den Dienstleister nicht erhalten. Die Zahlung wird jetzt über den Kreditkartenanbieter wieder zurück gebucht.... Vorsicht und Finger weg!!

This is a scam website. I should have been more careful but because governments and large organisations seem to outsource so much these days I thought it was an outsourced company so I fell for it. I was then sent an email from them after giving them my passport details and paying £133.47. The email attached the ESTA form but it was my old one issued in March 2024. I found out they were a fraud when phoning the US immigration authorities who had no evidence of my recent application so I have claimed a refund through my credit card company and applied through the official website which is esta etc

Heb een esta aangevraagd via deze site, later kwam ik erachter dat ze echt heel veel duurder zijn dan via de officiële site, dit wist ik niet, ik kreeg na bestelling een bevestiging, daarop heb ik gereageerd met de vraag of ze het geld wilde terugstorten, dat ik het te duur vond, zonder discussie kreeg ik het direct terug, je schijnt ook wel de esta te krijgen alleen een stuk duurder, aanvraag gaat wel makkelijk.

Don't ever use this company. They changed two items on my form. I had gilled in different answers and they changed it.
I withdraw my application and resubmitted directly to esta gov.
I am trying to get a refund and they mentioned they will fully without the 30 dollars for egov. But have not received anything.
Instead they keep sending enails if I accept 25% or 35% and then they start the concersation over with again 25% as refund.

Anyhow I want a full refund and will declare them as fraude.

This is a scam. I mistakenly used the US Immigration website applying for an ESTA visa waiver, charged $179 that seemed too high but in a rush and their official looking website completed this transaction. Never received a refund after multiple attempts. A scam business who will eventually be shut-down, total fraudsters.

SCAM company. NOT the official Government website. Unable to get a refund - AVOID

They charged my 4 times more than applying for ESTA direct. I didn't realise it wasn't the government website, which is frustrating and annoying.
I haven't received the ESTA yet and will be asking for a full refund.

Don’t use this website, it’s a SCAM! Clicked in this website as it was the first one that popped up, after filling in every question I had to pay $179 which I already found a bit much for an ESTA. Not knowing about how much it should cost I paid and waited for an e-mail with the conformation, which of course never came. I contacted the organization about it but of course they never reacted to my complain. Please never use this website and just use the official website for your ESTA.

Es una estafa en toda regla.
Cuando das al buscador de "solicitud ESTA OFICIAL" sale esta página en primera opción en español y no indica nada sobre el coste de la gestión que es 6 veces el coste del ESTA. Debería perseguirse penalmente este tipo de actividades. Cuando hice el pago autoricé $21 pero me cargaron $139. Ahora toca denunciarlo a las autoridades y al Ministerio de asuntos ext, embajada USA.

Attenzione, state attenti, hanno la schermata inziale del sito simile alla pagina del sito governativo americana , ma fanno pagare 166$ e non comunicano il costo al momento della conferma dell'acquisto tramite carta di credito. il visto non è ancora arrivato.
