The carved wooden casket I ordered was delivered so quickly. It was well packaged and arrived intact. It is a beautiful piece, engraved with my Dads initials in a font that I was able to choose. Very befitting for a former craftsman. Suhail was prompt and efficient in answering my email queries to ensure that we received the casket we wanted. Fantastic service and a really wonderful casket. I was looking for a casket to inter my late wife's ashes in. The casket from Urnswithlove was ideal, as it's biodegradable and, with the brass hinges, looks very classy. The engraving we chose looks very good too.

I needed my urn within 4 days ahead of a deadline to get it over to the funeral directors so placed an order with personalised engraving and contacted Suhail via email. They responded super quickly and kept me informed via email even after shipping (on top of normal automated dispatch note). The keepsake urn i ordered arrived in 2 days and it's exactly what i wanted, it seems great quality and itll be a lovely reminder for me to have at home to remember my lost loved one. It's not a nice product to have tk purchase, as it means youve lost someone you love, but id strongly recommend urns with love for nice products and great service.
