It was just like it was advertised

Really pleased with our purchases, exactly what we wanted arrived well packaged and quickly. Unfortunately one of the urns had a fault but contacted Urns uk and a replacement was sent straight away, again arrived quickly and well packed and in perfectect condition.
Thanks to Guilaine for all she did. Would definitely use Urns Uk again.

I wasn’t impressed with the packaging did not come in a proper box as did the one before I ordered for my mum so I have nothing to transport my dads urn in very disappointed the top of the urn was also damaged in transit again this is due to the fact no protective box with the urn.

My order arrived quickly BUT it was damaged and included a letter from another customer requesting a refund!!
They had obviously just repackaged a return from the other customer.
I have emailed and called the company with no response and am now claiming a refund through my credit card complany.

The last time I ordered this urn was on Amazon but unfortunately Amazon does not sell your product anymore
The only thing I was disappointed in there was no rubber feet at the bottom on the urn where there was when I ordered on Amazon

The urn was absolutely beautiful, it shipped immediately, I had to the minute tracking on it and it arrived exactly when it said it would. Buying an urn is never going to be a happy time, but their selection was excellent, very clear on the spec, and speed of service and delivery 10/10.

Bought 2 urns from Urns UK not long before Christmas. While they weren’t needed for a couple of weeks I thought I’d make sure I had enough time.
They arrived the NEXT day via DPD, extremely well packed and protected.
Lovely urns and they had a great selection, would definitely recommend, and in the nicest way possible, hope I don’t have to use Urns UK again any time soon.

urn came and smelled like mould. the screws were all rusty. tried to contact them to return it but they have not replied

I ordered the most beautiful urn for my mum I wanted a design she would have loved to be in and I found it here the colour and picture was perfect it was bigger then I thought and made beautifully the wood is solid and arrived perfect no scratches or dints as it was well packaged and protected. Thank you so much for giving my mum the best final resting place.

I Wanted an urn that didn't look like an urn. Urns UK had a vast choice of traditional and none traditional ones. It came faster than the 28days specified and I am overjoyed with it. Perfect.
