I bought an urn from Urn Studios after losing my prescious cat in April this year. I scoured the internet for hours to find an Urn worthy of holding his ashes in and just couldn't find the right item. He really did mean a lot to me and I wanted a vessle to reflect how special he was. When I stumbled across Urn Studios during my search, I was delighted to find a beautiful selection of original, beautifully crafted vessles. I enjoyed looking at them all. Urn Studios pieces are joyful, not morbid in the slightest and have artistic integrity. The perfect way to honour a life lost. I chose the Dreaming Memory Vessle, Merel & Jonathan from Urn Studios liaised with the artist on my behalf to have the piece customised to encorporate my cats portrait. I was so delighted with the finished piece and am greatful to Merel & Jonathan for their support and excellent service throughout. I honestly can't fault the experience. The Urn, and the service, I recieved was also really good value. I'm on a budget so this was important for me. Thank you to Merel & Jonathan, I couldn't be happier with my Urn. If I'm ever in the position of needing to get another urn, I will go straight to Urn Studios.x

What incredible service! When I was selecting an urn for my dad I felt supported. I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to ship to Australia but it was supporte, and all the costs were upfront and they took care of everything. Thank you!! The urn is amazing and couldn’t think of a better resting place for my dad.

Beautiful product range and I couldn't be happier with my purchase, but what I really appreciated was the sensitivity, kindness and clear communication from Urn Studios. Lovely people to deal with and couldn't recommend them more. Just found them online when I went looking for something more appealing than I had seen elsewhere, and am so glad I found them!

I wanted something quirky and individual for my fur baby to rest in and I found the perfect one at urn studios.
You can tell that it had a handmade aspect and was a little ‘raw’ on the lid but actually that was perfect because my baby always had muddy ears.
Delivering and communication was 10/10. I paid extra to get my urn faster and it was perfect. Thank you

Merel & Jonathan were very kind and attentive. They were very responsive and worked directly with me to place an order from an artist whose work was previously out of stock on the Urn Studio website. Each interaction with them was very personable and I have been very pleased with their customer service and delicacy throughout this process. It was important for me to order from this studio because their uniquely crafted items, and I will absolutely order from this studio again in the future.
