Great helpful staff and super clean facility.

They have the cleanest, most climate controlled environment, and accessibility of all the companies we visited. I wouldn’t give my treasures to anyone or anyplace else. Bravo!

Staff was very professional and accommodating while providing us with the storage unit that meet our needs.

I chose this facility based on location and best available pricing for my needed size of unit. My initial reservation over the phone went quickly and smoothly, however when we got there to move our furniture into the unit it was a different story. We were told the computer system just went down and we were not able to proceed until it was back up again. That added about a half hour to our move-in time. The on-site manager, Robin was very apologetic and was scrambling to figure things out and come up with an answer. I don’t believe it was her fault and I do believe she did the best she could to rectify the situation. Once it was resolved everything else went smoothly. We were happy with the condition and cleanliness of the facility and do not anticipate any problems moving forward. I believe it will end up being exactly what we needed when all is said and done.

It is a great bargain! I love the location in the city near my home. My unit was surprisingly rugged with visible water damage and a post next to the thin walls, but it does not impact my items stored there.
