Good location, clean and good facilities; a real bathroom on site - not a Porto-Potty! Please give new customers more time to show how to use the lock instead of waiting till the very very end and doing it only outside. You could demonstrate in the office. I almost had to sit parked in front of my garage door all night, because I could not lock my door because the sheet metal on the door didn't slide. Please try to return phone calls. Thank you

Staff at Redmond are very courteous and, importantly, know their business. The sign up process is simple and easy and did not take long. The facility is spotless clean and well lighted. I have never had to wait for a cart to use upon my arrival.

The staff are very professional and make the process of having a storage unit there easy.

Caylin Miller, the Property Manager of Coyote Lakes Storage, is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The unit was exactly what I needed. It was very clean and well ventilated. Caylin took the time to explain how to access the facility, the unit, and operation of the lock so I would feel comfortable when I returned with storage items. I very much appreciated her guidance. The storage unit is convenient and well run. This is my first experience with storage rental but I would not hesitate to utilize this facility again or to recommend it to friends.

I signed up at this establishment last month on a 3 month 50% off special, they were apparently bought out by another company and I was auto-withdrawn the full amount on my 2nd month...no contact from them at all...I have yet to hear from them at all even concerning the change of ownership or to check on anything and I even sent in an inquiry with no response...will be removing my items just as soon as I can from this place...
