Shopped at Urban in store in Bury many times, always great service, advice & fantastic range of quality clothing and shoes.
Tried the online ordering which again reflected the in store experience, goods arrived quickly & correctly. Would recommend.

There's a great selection of items to choose from. Was updated with delivery date/time promptly. Some sites when making a purchase will often try to offer various similar items, deals, coupons, money off future purchases. Before finally being able to check out and pay. My god the absolute worse for this is 'Temu'!. I've tried a few times to buy something and gave up. And having to download an app in order to buy items. Thankfully there's no such irritating similar situations with your site I've highly recommended this selling platform to many of my friends and family

There's not a single order in our system under the name "Mohan Raj" and you may be confusing us with a different store.

In-store shopper very happy with online experience
Have used the shop in Bury many times (always excellent), but needed a sweatshirt when I couldn't get to the shops, so went online. It was delivered very quickly, is really nice, and matched the description well. I still prefer in-store shopping when possible, but would happily order online again if the need arose.
