I have still not received my order, nor have I had any communication apart from a message saying it has been lost in transit from Sydney to my home! Not happy and will never recommend.

It is a scam. I paid for a comfy chair but received a bracelet a month late.

URBANBREEZE.net ( @urbanbreeze.net ) is a SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM -- YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY - and thats guaranteed !!!!!- Ordered the triple Monitor Extender about a month ago and kept tracking the delivery . The URBAN BREEZE Tracker last showed ORDER DISPATCHED FROM REGIONAL HUB". Then Today 22 June 2025 I requested for a copy of my order which had on it a Tracking number of a China Courier "17Track" - which stated that the item was delivered on the 9th June 2025 and the weight of the item was 0.015kg !!!!!!!!!! The 17Track guys in the additional information added that the last mile courier in Singapore was J&T with a tracking number and this courier also confirmed that the same was delivered on the 9th Jun 2025 . That's not a real company it's just (dropshipping)-google what it means-

I ordered something on the 14th of May and it still hasn't arrived.
It's the 10th of July and my item has been waiting in customs for 2 weeks after 2 months and now it says waiting on additional information to clear customs.
Total fraud.

I ordered a sofa bed I haven't received nor have I received my money back I have contacted them but I have had no reply you can only contact by email as there is no phone number it's been 8 weeks now I'm having to dispute this through my bank ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

I am not sure that this is a legitimate company as I sent emails asking them to verify and never got replies instead really cheap prices (which sort of tempts you to order straight away) - ie unbelievable prices and trying to get you to pay for it.

They are scammer. I order a sofa in March 2025 till now did not get delivery. Following their fake tracking it is blocked since 4th of may at customs but not further reference nor shipping company details.They never respond to email.

I ordered a lounge chair from this company on 3 March 2025. I was having surgery and needed the chair urgently to assist with my rehabilitation and waited a couple of weeks for the promised delivery. I sent an email after 2 weeks and received no response. I then sent a further email expressing my dismay and disappointment with this matter and was instructed to check the tracking item, which I had already been doing on a daily basis. They have still not delivered my chair and I am very disappointed and will not recommend that anyone use this company. They fail to deliver on their promises and have breached their operating principles. The only way to communicate with this company is by email, no phone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a chair for my granddaughters room, waited a couple of weeks and got notification the chair shipped. Next thing I know I got notification the chair was delivered and you guessed it nothing was ever delivered! I have sent multiple emails and have gotten no response. I should have know considering the only way to communicate with this company is by email, no phone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bait & switch scam. Received a cheap wallet instead of product ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Scam website, avoid.

I ordered a dural montior screen for my laptop. After waiting and waiting the tracking still said it was on its way. I happened to read another review and they said they received a wallet in the mail. I did as well. So now trying to track down where my dual monitor is. This has been a big scam.

I placed an order around 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received my parcel. I’ve emailed and emailed and just get the same rubbish email back from them! I will never order again

Ik heb via deze website een product besteld (de ZenForm Crescent Chair), maar in plaats daarvan kreeg ik een goedkope portemonnee toegestuurd. Ik heb meteen contact opgenomen via e-mail en alle benodigde bewijzen meegestuurd (bestelbevestiging, verzendbevestiging, foto’s van het verkeerde product, enz.).

Na enige tijd kreeg ik eindelijk een reactie, maar die leek totaal niet gebaseerd op mijn mail. Ze stuurden simpelweg opnieuw het trackingnummer van het pakket dat ik al ontvangen had – alsof ze mijn klacht niet eens hadden gelezen. Daarna heb ik opnieuw gemaild, maar sindsdien is er geen enkele reactie meer gekomen.

Tot overmaat van ramp is het oorspronkelijke product inmiddels van hun website verwijderd, wat het alleen maar verdachter maakt.

Urban Breeze is zeer onbetrouwbaar. Slechte communicatie, geen oplossing, en geen respect voor klanten. Bestel hier niets tenzij je teleurgesteld en genegeerd wilt worden.

(Als het bedrijf alsnog contact opneemt met een echte oplossing, zal ik deze review updaten.)

Opmerking:
Als antwoord op mijn e-mail zeiden ze dat de portemonnee een bedankcadeau was voor het wachten en dat het originele product nog onderweg is. Aangezien het trackingnummer dat ik heb behoort tot het verkeerde product dat ik al heb ontvangen, heb ik opnieuw contact met hen opgenomen en gevraagd om het trackingnummer van het originele product. Ook heb ik aangegeven dat ik vermoed dat ik ben opgelicht. In plaats van hierop te reageren, stuurden ze exact dezelfde e-mail als de vorige (alle zinnen, woorden en leestekens waren identiek), gewoon gekopieerd en geplakt. Nu kan ik echt zeker zijn dat ik ben opgelicht. Bestel niets van deze site!

I ordered a product (the ZenForm Crescent Chair) from this website, but instead, I received a cheap wallet. I immediately contacted them via email and provided all the necessary evidence (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, photos of the wrong product, etc.).

After some time, I finally received a response, but it seemed completely unrelated to my email. They simply sent the tracking number of the package I had already received — as if they hadn’t even read my complaint.
I emailed them again, but since then, I have received no further response.

To make matters worse, the original product has now been removed from their website, which only makes the situation even more suspicious.

Urban Breeze is extremely unreliable. Poor communication, no solutions, and no respect for customers. Do not order from them unless you want to be disappointed and ignored.

Note:
In response to my email, they said that the wallet was a thank-you gift for waiting and that the original product was still on its way.
Since the tracking number I have belongs to the wrong product I already received, I contacted them again to ask for the tracking number of the original item. I also mentioned that I suspected I had been scammed.
Instead of replying properly, they sent me exactly the same email as before (all sentences, words, and punctuation were identical), just copy-pasted.
Now I can truly be sure that I have been scammed.
