Easy to navigate website

Easy to navigate website. Proper materials and accessories are provided so I have everything I need in one place. Would like more options for flat back posts! Potentially selling them in packs? Thank you!

UBJ has the single most extensive selection when it comes to jewelry. I will probably NEVER use another jewelry shop ever! The delivery was quick, the jewelry was solid and the 1 single time my earring broke the sent me a replacement like within the week! So awesome!

Quality jewelry

Quality jewelry, fast shipping, great customer service. I have ordered from this business on numerous occasions and never had any issues. Previously I received jewelry that was defective after a few days and the representative replaced it with no hassle. I will definitely order from them again in the future.

Good company

Good company. Always delivers as promised and very responsive. They used to email too much for "abandoned cart" and they immediately adjusted it when I brought it to their attention. Their points program is good and they have a low threshold for free shipping. Specifications for their jewelery is clearly listed and easy to follow. They're literally the only place I trust to buy body jewelery.
