Beautiful herb plants, well packed, arrived promptly. Delighted with them.

I will certainly order from this company again. The plants were very fresh smelt wonderful and very carefully packed so they arrived in peck condition. There was a problem with my post code but they got the plants rerouted and arrived the same day.

This is my second purchase from Urban Herbs. From ordering to delivery the process is excellent and a big plus is the packaging is all recyclable. The herbs arrived very healthy and can’t wait to plant them into the hanging basket and pots. My first order from last year have all doubled in size and can’t wait to see them all again this year in flower. Thank you Urban Herbs 5*

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your wonderful company and the service you provide. The quality of your plants is amazing and the packaging and delivery exemplary.
I am always fascinated by the range on offer and love the diversity of choices.
I particularly love the choice of mint plants and decided to create a large and varied collection. I then spent the summer making beautiful refreshing mint tea with a different flavour each time and getting my family to try and guess the flavour.
I've included some pictures of the window planters I converted for this.
I was a teacher for 36 years and always loved to share my love of plants with my pupils. I now spend my time with a gardening round and love recommending your wonderful plants to others.

I cannot praise this company enough!!!! My tender, carefully chosen herbs arrived beautifully packed complete with little wool matting adding extra protection during transit. I love to have a fresh supply of herbs to add to my dishes particularly as a garnish. Each of my plants added an extra dimension to the finished dish and the satisfaction that I knew the provenance of each one. I like the hat urban herbs have source some more original herbs like Aztec sweet herb which has to be tasted to believe the intense sugar burst each flower provides. I am looking forward to enjoying my ginger rosemary and barbecue rosemary over the coming seasons.

Lovely company, fantastic quality herbs. Particularly thrilled with the sapphire- it's going great guns and have swapped some for apples, pears, chilli's and courgettes (well, marrows really!).

This company is wonderful. They are helpful and respond promptly. I was doubtful whether herbs would survive being sent to the North of Scotland but they arrived quickly, were packed beautifully and after a drink they perked up and grew on beautifully. I have had two deliveries now and will definitely get some more in the spring. The varieties are interesting and I have enjoyed using them in salads and cooking. The little extras, they include in the pack, are varieties I wouldn’t have chosen but have been lovely to try.

Received our first order of lovely healthy plants today. Impressed with how they ensure the plants arrive quickly but are not left sitting awaiting delivery over a weekend. Packaged well for transport, all cardboard so easily recycled.

Another delivery today of wonderful herbs from this amazing company. The customer service, the range and quality of the herbs is top class. 10 out of 10 for the packaging of the herbs and the delivery by DPD which ensures the plants arrive in an excellent condition. Unusual herbs, such as Lemon Curd Thyme, Rose Scented Thyme, Cola plant which really do smell like their names, Oregano hot and spicy, Olive herb and many, many more superb plants which enhance the herb garden taking it from ordinary to extraordinary. Looking forward to seeing the collection next year when they reopen for business.

They provide beautiful herbs that last a long time. Their customer service is fantastic as well! I’ve had multiple plants from these guys now and they’re all thriving. Plus, my guinea pigs love them!

Friendly efficient company. Interesting unusual herbs. Plants arrived in good condition despite some out of their pots, possibly due to the carrier not noticing the arrows on the side of the carton; however, not an huge concern. I expect to be ordering again.
