Brilliant, thoughtful service. I had ordered the week before a bank holiday and was notified that my delivery would be after that so that the plants would be fresh. They arrived beautifully and securely packed today (weds after bh Monday)and, I must admit, so fresh and vibrant...no dry old pots with struggling plants. Well done, I shall buy again and don't hesitate in recommending this small company.

The herbs i ordered we dispatched quickly, far quicker than I expected. Delivery was made during some hot weather and when I unpacked the herbs they were in really great shape. The soil was moist and there was no wilting at all. Once I re potted the herbs there was no shock to the plant, and absolutely no delay to their growth. The mint in particular has grown so well in under a week I am already able to harvest some leaves to use. I will definitely be buying again not only because of how great this transaction was but because of the choice available.

The herbs are wonderful quality and unusual. The order arrived carefully packaged and looking very healthy- I even received a free plant. The service was prompt and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Read into this company and was impressed by the reviews aswell as following their posts on social media, ordered several herbs and was very impressed at how well packaged they were and speed in which they arrived. The herbs themselves were very healthy looking plants, I’ve just put in another order and I would highly recommend them, price of plants I think are very reasonable also.

This was the first time I had ordered from Urban Herbs. I was intrigued by a couple of the herbs they were offering, having not seen the mushroom herb or the olive herb before. The plants arrived well-packed, carefully boxed up in recyclable board and are very good quality. I planted them up within the day and they are happily settling into life in rural Norfolk. I can unequivocally recommend this company. I'll be ordering again soon!

Fabulous range of herbs, many unusual. I have just received my first order of 4 beautiful healthy plants. I suspect the first of many orders as I have a bit of a passion for herbs! This very much seems to be a company born of and run with passion and I am so pleased to have found them.

I ordered the Big Bee Buffet plus two extra Thyme plants. Ordering was easy and they arrived 3 days later. I was very impressed with how well the plants were packed, they were in very good condition, with the soil still moist. I would highly recommend this company for the quality and variety of the plants on offer.

Amazing quality and lovely herbs 🥰 they are absolutely beautiful and eye catching when they are in full bloom and smell gorgeous ☺️ the cola plant,rose thyme and the nlack currant sage is especially fragrant! and what a absolute bonus is that we got lots of bees and butterflies coming in our garden

I have ordered 2 times so far... the delivery was so fast, the packaging was impeccable and the quality of the herbs extraordinary. Healthy plants with divine smell. My garden style is a fairy type with all kind of flowers , where my bunnies (3 babies) have their own paradise. Having your herbs gives a nice and cosy vibe where enjoying a cup of tea erase a stressful day at work. What can it be more beautifull than cooking meals and have your own herbs to lift the spirit?! And my bunnies agrees too. Their plates have a Michelin vibe ( 😂 plants needs to grow much bigger to let them enjoy properly) Well done ! Approved 👌!
