On the whole very efficient and respectful.
Got the job done!
BUT my extra fast apple charger and USB-c woven cable went missing, everything else connected to that extension was present but a very usable and desirable piece of kit was unplugged and removed. So I’m £88 out of pocket and I was only visiting to help with the move!
SO WATCH OUT AND PACK ANYTHING VALUABLE YOURSELF!

I have nothing but praise for this company. We had a same day exchange and completion which created problems leaving our property and moving in to our new property in a heatwave and the staff remained friendly, helpful, polite and supportive throughout. The management were also accommodating and supportive. If I could give more stars I definitely would.

Absolutely brilliant! This is the second time we have used Glyn Upton Removals for a house move and l cannot recommend them enough. Experience shines through from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very competitvely priced too. A visit to discuss the move and to understand what was being moved, along with reassurance over the handling of a piano, was very comforting. They had even carried out some research beforehand to understand where we were moving to for access and lorry sizing, which further confirmed we were making the right choice. On the day the team were punctual, friendly, polite and jolly and nothing was too much trouble, leaving us feeling we were in safe hands all the time. Thank you Uptons. You are all brilliant and we will definitely use you again:)

Great removal company, got all of our boxes loaded onto their van in just a couple of hours. Took care with fragile items, laid mats down to protect floors and nothing was too much trouble. We had Dan, Craig and Kyle and all 3 were brilliant and made the day less stressful.

As per other reviews. From start to finish ... the back office, Sarah & Glyn, through to the Team who turned up on-site. Nothing was too much trouble for them ... and what a herculean effort from Dan and his team: Kyle, Kyle and Ross for slaving through an April Heatwave of all things!
Our interim rental property fell through couple of days before moving so even more plaudits for switching us from moving us to moving us into their storage. Would not use anybody else in our North Shropshire area. Thank-you again for getting us across the line in time!

Excellent company from start to finish, starting with the office staff whom couldn’t have been more helpful when I had to change my dates, they were very accommodating. The lads that moved me were careful and looked after all my possessions from the moment they collected them to when they were brought to my new house, couldn’t thank them enough, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move,

Fantastic service for our move last week. The whole team were friendly and efficient and went over and above to make the move as stress free as possible, even working over hours on a Friday when completion was delayed. We can’t thank Glyn Upton removals enough for such a brilliant service. Highly recommend!

I will never use Glyn Upton's again. In spite of paying for packing and unpacking before and after removal, I was left with 6 boxes to unpack. When I said I didn't want to be left with the boxes I was assured all I had to do was phone the office, and they would collect them. So I did phone, but they refused to collect and suggest I take them for recycling. I am a 70 year old widow, with MS and no family around to help. I'm disgusted - they appear to tell you what you want to hear, but don't back it up. Never again.

Truly outstanding service for our move from Telford to Blackpool. We used the packing and delivery service and the care and attention during the packing and loading was second to none. On delivery day the team arrived on time at 0830 and everything was placed in the rooms we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Can not recommend these lads and the company highly enough.

Very easy to talk to the wonderful team at Upton. They are always polite, turn up when they say they will! and will do just that little extra if it helps their customers.

Can’t fault the service from start to finish. My move date changed several times and the team were fantastic at accommodating me, even at really short notice.
On the actual day the guys worked tirelessly lifting some really heavy furniture and remained professional, friendly and polite throughout.
Ross and the lads asked where I wanted the boxes placing and disassembled and reassembled our beds quickly and efficiently.

Glyn Uptons were fantastic from start to finish. We had some delays on moving day that was out of our control. Despite this their team worked so hard to ensure we had our belongings on moving day, thank you so much to everyone!

Not impressed at all!! Although grateful the move was done and all heavy furniture was moved successfully, the boxes were put in the wrong rooms even each was marked clearly. Still trying to find really important things like wifi unit, kitchen plates (box marked kitchen open first) kettle, my trousers (again clearly marked bedroom open first) and general laxk of thought on many things. Boxes in kitchen placed 3 high by 3 high - heavy - next to oven so I had to move them all just to be able to use the oven. Won't be using again

Glyn Upton have moved us every time we’ve moved during the last 30 years! They are always highly professional and incredibly help, we had difficulty exchanging contracts this time but they were so patient and with a days notice managed to move us! As a family and through removals for both work and personally , we have used Glyn Uptons since my first house move in 1997 and have never had to entertain using anyone else , they are a wonderfull family business and that is exemplified by there whole team, just very professional, understanding and highly efficient.
