You removed the “search for products” button/capability on the app and website. So now you have to know the name of the company in order to find.
I used to go to Upromise in search of a product and then you would show me a participating company.
It’s disappointing.
Currently, I have to search for a product on Google, look at the top 5 companies offering, then go to Upromise to see if the companies participate. I thought you benefit from sending consumers to the businesses in your partnership. If we could search for products, would use the site more

Im dissatisfied with the receipt upload acceptance process. I uploaded an email receipt such as Sam's Club, I checkout on my phone so I get only an email receipt. I reached the offer on certain items and the receipt was not approved to get the offers. So If I want the specific offers, I have to stand on line in order to get a register printed receipt.

There is apparently no way to speak to a human being.
