Upmove was so easy to sign up to and connected us to a towing service. Southcoast towing service have been amazing to deal with. Their communication has been fantastic, the transport itself was so easy to organise and our car arrived so promptly. Patrick, delivered our car (to our door) and he was so helpful and wonderful to deal with. Would highly recommend Southcoast towing to anyone needing their vehicle transported. Thank you so much team, it’s been a wonderful experience.

Moving made easy
I used Upmove to find movers for our 2 bedroom unit in Sydney. Great customer service, friendly, and helped with a few specific requirements we had. The removalists were hard working and took great care with everything. Very happy with the service.

Warning do not use this company!!! Absolute waste of time!!.....all details given perfectly and concisely, to Jamie the company owner who replied to me, to provide quotes as after being asked more questions about initial details. Quotes not supplied with clear details given. More questions asked by Jamie the company owner. Said all I wanted was quotes as per the details provided and extra questions asked by Jamie.....to which finally had a reply of "no thank you we would not be interested in quoting this one sorry". Totally wasted my time!!! If you're looking to use transport, use someone else and do not bother even asking the question with upmove!! Other company (Bikes Only Transport) contacted at the same time, replied within minutes and provided a quote! Not 24hrs later like Upmove saying they would not quote after stringing me along and wasting my time!

The network of motorcycle transporters operating through Upmove, including Jamie, sometimes requires additional information to accurately quote a transport request. Even when all relevant details seem to be provided, more information might still be necessary to determine their ability to facilitate the booking.
Unfortunately, in this instance, the transport provider you were discussing with was unable to complete the requested move. This can often be due to the type of bike, modifications, collection or delivery locations.

Terrible service and out of pocket $1035
We engaged Upmove to find a transport company for my 80 year old mothers car to go from Cairns to Brisbane. The company they recommended was Statewide Logistics. We paid $1035. During a five week period we were told the truck broke down, then the driver had a heart attack and then finally they went out of business. When we contacted Upmove they simply said contact them for a refund and then rebook with us and we will find another truck company. Well thank you Upmove, surpirse surprise - no refund - my Mum is $1035 out of pocket and no we will not be booking through you again. Thanks for wasting out time, your poor service, lack of responsibility and the loss of money my mother just simply can not afford. I suggest you recommend more trustworthy transport partners in the future so innocent people are not caught out..

We are truly sorry for the experience you've had with both Upmove and Statewide Logistics. Unfortunately, the transport operator you originally booked with went out of business before they could facilitate the Cairns to Brisbane movement. Prior to this, the company had an excellent track record and received positive reviews, making this a completely unforeseen circumstance. We are continuing to discuss the refund with you via email.

Upmove was easy to deal with, got good quotes etc. I had a quick response & was able to get my motorbike transported in a very short time frame. The mover, Troy, from Sydney Wide Motorcycle Transport was fantastic, professional, friendly & really helpful. Definitely recommend.
