Great driver — very honest, reliable and went above and beyond today. He waited 1.5 hours due to a mix‑up that wasn’t my fault and even rang around to help fix the issue. He understood the urgency of the delivery and made sure it got done. Highly recommended.

White Truck P/L picked up my trailer boat from Port Stephens (NSW) and it arrived safely, on time at Sandringham in Melbourne. Victor and Olena from White Truck were very helpful and professional. The delivery truck was in excellent, well maintained condition. The price for the delivery was excellent, too. Well done White Truck and to Upmove for connecting us.

I had never heard of upmove before till I did a search to transport a motorbike I purchased. I was sceptical at first but found that there was an article on bikes.com.au mentioning them as well. I wrote my post, provided the details of the pick up & delivery and waited. Within 2 hours I had two very competitive quotes. The movers provided all their details, photos of transport vehicle & previous jobs as a comparison. I was able to choose the right transporter based on my requirements. Communication with the transporter was excellent. Highly recommend this service for your transport needs.

The company are brilliant- friendly, courteous, professional, caring and top in communication from my first interaction to my car being delivered interstate. Honestly you couldn't ask for better service or pricing- I have no complaints and have no hesitation recommending them if you want a trouble free experience, these guys know what they are doing.

A very positive experience using the upmove website. Selected the competitive quote from The White Truck Co Pty Ltd to ship my newly purchased BMW classic car from QLD to NSW (door to door). The truck company is a small family business and they were excellent. Their communication, friendliness and service of everyone involved was exceptional. The car was picked up very quickly and arrived as arranged in perfect condition. Upmove also check and communicate very regularly to make sure everything is going ok along the way. I know who I’ll be using next time I need to move a car interstate.

After looking at several companies I chose UPMOVE and I am very happy that I did. They picked up my Bike at the time they promised, no extra waiting and sent me an
e-mail when they delivered my bike at the repair garage.

Extremely disappointing experience. My brand-new motorbike arrived damaged, and despite providing all requested evidence, Upmove has stopped responding altogether. Weeks of follow-ups have been ignored. There is no ownership, no communication, and no support when things go wrong. Once payment is taken, you’re on your own. I would not trust this platform with valuable items.
