I don't what to be called a smartass because I asked a legit question. They kept pushing for insurance and I said I am doing refinancing and when I said as soon as we find out how much we refinanced, we would call on mortgage insurance. Then he said your a smartass. DO NOT USE THEM

I tried to change my payment plan because my wife lost her job so we couldn’t make the payments. Sent email explaining my hardship never heard anything back, then they took a payment from account causing my account to go into negative. Went back and forth just to be told they couldn’t refund then proceeded to make a new payment plan but need a good faith payment and couldn’t set up the payment plan until I made that! I literally told them I’m calling because my account is in negative so I can’t make that payment. Smh. AVOID THIS PLACE -Sincerely a struggling dummy

they were supposed to return my money for cancelled cruise back in Ocrober, 3 months later still yet to get my money

I've never applied for anything or requested communication from this "company" but they won't stop calling multiple times every day and leaving pre-recorded AI voicemails. I block them and they call from a different number every time, local and toll free. Tired of this harassment.

scammers saying I was approved for a 35k loan that'd Id never applied for. calling from various phone numbers both toll free and local area code which i block & report each time. there had been numerous other calls similar with different loan amounts and naming different companies. I verified no related activity on my credit report

The representatives call multiple times a day and refuse my request to be taken off the call list. I know there are many people who have been harrassed by this company. Many negative reviews say the same thing. I will contact an attorney or report them to the attorney generals office. My suffestion is to organize and show up at their office so we get news coverage to show everyone the scumbags this company really is.

If I could give zero stars I would! Idk how many times I have told this company to stop calling me and to take my number off their calling list. I have told them numerous times I am not interested and they either say it’s off, or they hang up on me. At least 4 times a day I am getting a call and it only rings once. Stop calling my number or I will be contacting a lawyer because at this point it’s harassment. Thanks.

This is a later edit but I have contacted a lawyer and the attorney generals office because of course I received more calls from this company after again calling them and telling them to stop contacting me. I have also submitted a complaint with the cfpb group as well. This is complete harassment and I will NOT stand for it!

Constantly call from different phone numbers to disguise themselves. The only way they get you to answer is trying different numbers to make you think it's a different company calling each time. NOT TODAY SATAN!!!!!!

My credit went down by 31 points after using them...

I have been getting multiple phone calls from multiple numbers for months. They leave a voice message saying they are uplift financial, uplift lending, or uplift loans and to call my case/financial manager at 866 913 5546. I JUST WANT THE CALLS TO STOP!

They won't stop calling me about an unsolicited loan. I asked them to stop, to no avail. I have reported them the Do not call registey!! At this point it is harassment.

Scamming POS company that uses hijacked numbers to make calls with. Always leaving messages about a loan and we just need a few more details to release the money you requested. Also goes by upland. SCAMMING TRASH!!

I used them for a flight with the understanding if i made extra payments they would come off the principal Payment made during billing cycle:
Payment is applied in this order:
1. Current Monthly Payment Due
2. Next Monthly Payment Due
3. Principal

Payment is made outside of billing cycle:
Payment is applied in this order:
1. Current Monthly Payment Due
2. Principal

Then they said payments where not accepted so then had to send in confirmation payments where done. Its a dogs breakfast

STAY AWAY if you can. Oh my. When I used the BNPL option, I was told it was only a soft credit pull and it wouldn’t affect my credit if I pay on time. Fast forward to 3 months later… fast forwarding to today, they reported me to the credit bureau as a now tradeline account and dinged my credit by 11 points. Mind you I make my payments on time and only have one payment to go which are due on July 14 and July 27.

I literally just paid it off. For all this I would’ve being better off just using my credit card. Never again.

Why can't I give these crooks a 0? Dumbass DEI hires and pukes using a third party to charge my debit card.

Very fraudulent company!! Used them before paid off my balance with no issue. When tried again was denied and gave me no reason as to why. my credit score is 750+ and have no issues with approvals! This company is very fraudulent and gives you no reason without any notice. I would NOT use them.

This company will screw you over and every opportunity it gets. My bank account was hacked, and I needed to open a new one. As a result, uplift no longer would except my debit card or my account and routing number. I want as far to even do a three-way call with my bank, and with uplift only for them to tell me that there is no block on either end, and there’s no reason for them not to except my all my payments. Now I will have to pay everything upfront, so I don’t incurred any extra fees. The worst thing about it is they always say they will call back and they always say that it will work when in fact, I believe they know very well it will not. If you can’t afford a flight don’t break it down at the payments. Just don’t go on the trip. Cautionary tale to live within your means.

I booked a trip through Southwest Vacations where I was approved for monthly payments through uplift. I paid 268 dollars a month since April 2024. My trip was scheduled for August 5th 2024. On the day of the trip my flight was canceled due to weather in which I asked for a full refund of products. They refunded the money back to uplift and now uplift is still attempting to charge interest rates for a product I never used and paid 5 months of money for already. I am in talks with an attorney and reaching out to the credit bureau for this very shady and scam of a company!

We booked a cruise with a company using Uplift. When we cancelled the cruise and our refund never came, we found out the cruise company commits fraud and doesn't refund people. We need to file a dispute to get our money back, but Uplift refuses to do so. We have no other option but to have Uplift dispute the charges since we can't dispute it with our bank, but they won't, and they won't stop charging us either. Book directly with your bank or with a travel agent to keep your money safe!

I have a credit score in the 800's and a FICO score of 877. After several attempts to apply for a loan to pay off a cruise with NCL, and submitting information, including a picture of my drivers license and a photo of myself, this was their response.

"At this time, Uplift has been unable to verify the documentary identification provided by you due to higher risk characteristics associated with your application. We have decided to close your accounts and/or disable your ability to make future loan requests.
What? It makes no sense. A customer service person sent me a link for a grievance team, but my husband and I want nothing else to do with them. They are misleading about interest rates, not professional or trustworthy. Stay away!
