Im giving 4 stars because
1. the website is great
2. never had any issues
3. service is solid
but
for items listed in stock I should not wait 7 to 9 days to come.
Im leaning towards an other website these days simply because more desirable selection of items I can get there and if its in stock Im getting it in 2 days.

Great product and service, delivery delayed due to closure of Holyhead but was kept informed. Highly recommended.

I ordered computer power supply 650w for gaming PC.
I got power supply for mini PC 300w.

Prices are good, plenty of information on their website for each product, in my experience delivery is one week, just watch out for the wrong power supply cabling Germany instead of UK standard. Their product support is excellent with excellent follow through communication. Helped correct cabling and also pinpointed better product accessory, put on website within 24 hours and put in same shipping as original order.

Received part within time frame, shop doesn’t give tracking number or send email to let know it is shipped processor came in pristine condition overall happy

Unfortunately they really need to improve Communication with their customers as to shipping they say three to six days for delivery within Ireland which is longer then it took me to receive an order from Spain
Most other companies offer free next day delivery with DPD when you purchase any item over €100 so come on UPGRADEMYPC please upgrade your shipping options

Great customer service and follow up. Only reason I deducted a star was laptop was left outside my door for a few days by the courier so have fed that back to the company so that they can address it directly.

Parts arrived, all in perfect condition as expected. what i disliked was the level of info. recieved invoice when i placed the order, it specified shipping in 3 to 6 days, but they dont email to say part has shipped, or provide a tracking number. simple little thing that most companies do when ordering online.
