ordered twice and nothing got delivered. terrible service

My husband has had two of these long sleeve button ups and they both had the elbows blow out. For the price of these shirts this should not happen or they should stand behind their product!

Nice quality and fit but customer service an absolute joke. Good luck returning something if you have a hiccup!

Do not buy from these people! $89 for a shirt that can't be washed or drycleaned. No matter what I do, it comes out looking like I slept in it. Their policy is that once it is washed, it cannot be returned. Who wears a new shirt without washing it first? In the trash it went.

Bought so many shirts from UNTUCKit before and managed to return without any problems in the past. This time it was a complete nightmare! Errors every step of the way and despite it being a massive inconvenience, not a hint of an apology, let alone any kind of gesture of goodwill. Really like some of their clothes, but sad to say this experience has put me off using them again. It’s become apparent that their customer service is at up for US customers, not really the UK.

Returning customer, my husband has a small handful of shirts from previous years and wears them all and enjoys them. I ordered him 3 more shirts... the performs tee is fine, but the Henley is the quality of a cheap nightshirt that's thin, lacking detail in the stitching, etc (nothing like the ones he already owns, nor do they match photo online), and the polo is almost 2 inches shorter in length than the one in his closet (and he's only 5'8"!) and has shorter sleeves. No consistency in fit, and quality has gone down.

Usually wear XL shirts. Bought 2XL tall. Body fit is fine but sleeves are tight on forearms. Feels like seams would split when I bend my arms. Fabric also feels flimsy. Will shrink a size first time washed. Total waste of money!

09-22-2023: After almost 6 months, suddenly received an email from UNTUCKit asking about my experience - customer service is just as bad as the product

Longevity of product was poor, bought 2 products and with minimal wear, these became threadbare on the collar and elbows, yet shirts I have bought from Charles Tyrwhitt or TM Lewin have lasted far in excess of these products from Untuckit, disappointing won't buy again.

I’m definitely disappointed by my experience with this company. I ordered a bunch of gifts for my family members for Christmas and they already can’t wear any of them because it’s uncomfortable, itchy, and shrank. It was my first experience so I just take it as a learning experience and I probably won’t purchase from them again.

My wife recently purchased a shirt and a pair of pants for me as a gift. The shirt was too small and I tried to exchange it or return it for a different size and style, but was told it was not returnable. Very disappointing since I have bought other things from UNTUCKit. I returned both the shirt and the pants as they can just keep the shirt. It’s hard to purchase online when every piece of clothing you try on fits differently. Most other retailers are very good about their exchange/return policy. It’s not like they’re closer and expensive.

I ordered a shirt , then realised I ordered the wrong size , emailed them they said no problem when I got it just send it back.Paid £60 for the shirt.So I got the shirt emailed them to ask how to return ,they said even though the website says you can send it back through the post I need to go to the store It was sent from ,that's Manchester hundreds of miles away ,I live in Bristol, I told them the website returns policy states returns are done through post , they asked a manager and emailed to say was impossible, now ignoring emails and I have to go to ombudsman.Total scam company,and yes the shirt are low quality for £60 worth £10.

Good points are that the delivery is fast, and also the return procedure. Negatives are that the clothes are made in China, they also lie by saying there are free returns. There aren’t free returns as they deduct a bogus ‘tax’ fee from you so you basically pay for the return postage. Not a free return at all.

Offered a $6 gift card when I was not given the 20% advertised discount for first time buyers. Was I to buy one of their $100 shirts to get my $6 refund. The refund should have been $16.41. Not a good way to do business.

Ordered a shirt but the sizing was off. Awful. Trying to get a return is next to impossible. It came in a bag all rolled up and wrinkled. Looked like somebody's return. Low quality material too! Never again! Over-priced shirts!

NEVER buy from Untuckit! Been waiting two weeks for my order, only to find out that they cancelled it for NO REASON!

poor designed shirts button placement must only be made for models. The neck button is impossible to use and the final button at the bottom leaves 6-8 inches flapping in the wind. For a shirt that was designed to be untucked you can't wear it untucked due to poor design.

I purchased several items from Untuckit to try them out. They have a process that estimates your size, and I used it. It seemed small for me, so I ordered items in their size recommendation and my own. It turns out that their recommendations were far too small (and no, I didn't lie about my weight or how big my stomach is). This is no big deal, but what is the deal breaker for me is that several of the items I purchased are "unreturnable" even though they haven't been opened or worn. This wasn't flagged or in any way brought to my attention when I purchased them. Since I paid full price, these weren't even cheap discount items. Really awful policy for an on-line clothing store. There are plenty of other options out there if you like nice shirts that you can wear untucked, don't risk your money here.

Ordered a shirt (final sale) based on their online sizing chart and the shirt arrived fairly quickly but the sizing isn't even close. $65 + tax and shipping down the tube!
