Just received Curzon army boots. They are really good. Very high quality, super soft leather and also very comfortable. You can really see and feel quality of this pair of boots.

Just received a pair of Sloan Chukka boots, and they are beautiful looking shoes that will work perfectly in the office or at the evening gig! Getting two other chukkas from untamed after this first pair. If you look after them, these have the quality that make shoes last for years!

I recently purchased a pair of boots for work that weren’t exactly what I was looking for. While they were reviewed well, I didn’t feel they were comfortable, convenient, and the soles looked cheap-o. My new pair of Burton’s from Untamed Street… well… these are in a different category all together. They are beautiful, supple, convenient with the side zipper, have a real sole, and look sharp! Shipped in a sturdy box with bags for each boot. Very pleased with my purchase. 👍🏻👍🏻

The shoes have a super cool design with that one magic touch. On top, they are very comfortable and the quality is great too.
The other day, I ordered a new pair of shoes from them. When it arrived, I noticed that the left one was a bit faulty. I contacted UTS, they apologised and immediately sent me a new pair, which is now perfect. I could not be happier 🙂

I placed an order for this beautiful boots,and then I have informed there is no size 40 available in the stock and I have to wait.next day out of the sudden they found two of them. I received one, unfortunately it seems that didn't pass the QC or it was a defective return from another customer. I shipped it back asking for an exchange. They issued not a full refund, and they claimed they don't have materials despite its still on their website. Would you invest a $500 for a shoe with this customer care behavior?
The worst part they would never respond afterward, they would leave you in the mess.
Please check their community manager response, instead of do the best to break the challenge, and solve the defective item , and how they leave you without response,please check his Response
Think many times before you buy, make sure they don't send you used/ defective repaired pair.
You need to be a good customer by accepting a defective used pair or accepting partial refund, choose one!
What we need is a full refund no more no less. It's a defective repaired pair since day one, please check the pictures again.

Without any hesitation, I want to say I have never experienced a professional customer service from any retailers or e-commerce platforms as I had experienced with UNTAMED.
I ordered one pair and there was a very small defect in the stitching. They offered me to fixe it with local cobbler and they will compensate the cost of fixing. Honestly speaking, with this high quality boots I preferred to return the boots to them for fixing. They surprised me with a very professional and generous offer, they offered me a free replacement with a new pair.
Honestly speaking, this was totally beyond my expectations, and I received the new pair in 3 days only shipped to Saudi Arabia, Amazing!
I can say with full confidence, UNTAMED company will be my fist choice for high quality shoos purchase, they are more than perfect in the quality, customer service, and delivery. I can say I'm fully satisficed and I became a loyal customer to them, and I will tell this experience to all my friends whom are willing to buy a peace of art wear it in their feet.

I ordered a pair of Camdens, and they arrived much more quickly than expected. They also looked as good as advertised. Unfortunately I had to send them back for a different size, and I would be on a road trip by the time my size was back in stock. But I’d really hoped to have them for the trip, so Abbi worked with me to arrange delivery at one of the hotels I was staying at, which was above and beyond what I expected as well. Only criticism I’d have is that their auto-email system is pretty confusing, sending a couple “order cancelled” emails during the exchange process. Other than that, they were great- and the boots fit great now too!

Ordered a pair of Haven boots that were initially out of stock Abbi put me on a list to order when the stock arrived which worked perfectly - boots arrived and I was blown away by the quality, comfort (and smell!) They are the most comfortable things I've ever worn - I feel like putting them in a glass case and admiring them - 5 stars all round for Customer service

Repair work... As the proud owner of six pairs of Untamed boots, the time finally came for my first pair of trusted YORK boots to be resoled and heeled. One of the appeals of the brand was the sustainability of having premium boots made in such a way as to have them resoled/heeled. Untamed arranged for me to send the boots to the craftsman in Italy and for a reasonable fee have them resoled and heeled (there seemed to also be a general tarting up of the boots as well). Overall, the repair work was exceptional in all ways... and an important reason to remain brand loyal if this type of service remains.

I bought the Cole distressed High Sneakers. Delivery was fast. Shoes look great. Break in took a day . When, like me, in doubt, use their size table. It is very helpfull. Normally i would order a (EU) 44 but the table "said" 43 which fit perfect. Customer service is really great. I had a problem with one of the shoes and they solved it right away. The shoes are sturdy but feel smooth at the same time. The leather is high quality. Comfort is very good. No problem walking all day in it and the grip is way better than many special walking boots i have. Oh and they look really cool! Buy with confidence!

The York derby shoe is well made and looks great. Order one size down as suggested. Delivered to NZ in less than a week.
