This is fraud. They took the money and disappeared. I wrote the support team 100 times they say "no, we didn't receive any money, no". Like why. What do you gain from stealing 23 euro. Just give me my order
It was very easy to order online and my order arrived in 5 days (Germany to Colorado, United States)!
So happy I found them!
I would give 0 star if I can. Purchased 2 times on this website, the first time 4 units lacked. Second time, I received an empty package. It's too ridiculous, I have refused the package and the customer service told me to wait, There is no information for return now. I can't stand it anymore, It's the first time I encountered such disappointed expenrience. I would say I would get nothing if the package can't be returned successfully. It spent me €333.44, so horrible.
The online shop has technical issues. If you go through idealo trying to choose one article, it leads you to another on the website of unserekleineapotheke. Using the idealo route, I ended up with the wrong article & the customer service was adamant that I pay for the return post under the 14 day revocation period. Never again from this shop, there are other online shops who have better technology and good customer support.
