Brilliant experience! I chose the glamping package and was very happy with the service! Caravan was all set up ready for my arrival and was spick and span. Chilled water in the good sized fridge and ice cubes in the good sized freezer - very welcome indeed after a long hot day! Will definitely book with Unplug again next time I visit Exmouth. Highly recommend you do too! 😀

Our caravan was perfect - very comfortable, well-equipped and all set up with everything we could need as we opted for the glamping package. We had a fantastic Christmas at Lucky Bay with family - just perfect! Sascha and Axel were really helpful and everything went very smoothly from booking to departure. We can’t recommend Unplug Rentals highly enough.

We couldn't recommend more highly the Lux Pod camper - it is incredibly comfortable and beautifully fitted out (they have thought of everything). We had a wonderful experience with 'Unplugged'. From the moment we made the booking, the communication with Sascha was fast and efficient. Because we had never used a caravan before, he ran through everything with us in person, which was great and he explained everything very well.
The caravan was meticulously clean, and very well-equipped; felt brand new. Nice comfortable bed, bedding and towels were all provided. Sascha did a great job setting up the caravan at the site we had booked, so as to make the best of the view and to avoid the wind.
The massive advantage with this company is that you don't have the stress of towing and setting up; it's all done for you, which is great for beginner campers like ourselves.
We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
All in all a great experience, and a great company.

We had another amazing stay with Unplugged Rentals in the Cape Range National Park in Exmouth - We can't recommend them enough and why we continue to book every year!
The "hands off" handover were really easy due to excellent instructions contained in the caravan and Sascha was always only a phone call away if we had any issues or need our water topping up.

By hiring through unplugged, we get the flexibility of towing a large boat up to Exmouth, and then the luxury of having the caravan set up for us on arrival meaning a cold fridge, a compfy bed, and a shower at the end of a day's fishing, or snorkeling, or any of the other various activities located in the beautiful Cape Range National Park.

We just finished an awesome extra long weekend in the Aspire 555. The van is super comfortable for 2 adults and has everything you could possibly need. It really is a home away from home. Sascha took the van to our pre-booked site and set it up for us, even parking it in anticipation of the direction of the wind and the view. The fridge was cold and ready for our groceries and drinks, and everything we needed to cook for ourselves was readily available. The bed is way more comfortable than we anticipated, and with the fans on and wide open, screened windows it was lovely and cool, day and night. The ensuite, hot water and complimentary toiletries kept us rinsed and fresh. We can’t think of any way our stay could have been better. Sascha made sure we wanted for nothing, except more time to enjoy the experience. Do yourself a favour and book before the word gets out and you miss out! Janie and Jim (March 2022).

This was our third booking with Unplug. Again, the caravan was delivered remotely without a hitch. This time delivered to Lucky Bay near Esperance instead of the Cape Range National Park, near Exmouth. We thought the plan for Unplug to service Esperance might be a stretch, but the caravan was just as clean and well provisioned with those pantry basics and just the right amount of equipment to make this stay as good as the others. Communication was terrific throughout (if a little challenged by the off grid location during our booking! ). Excellent service, highly recommended.
