There is a shipment delay due to…
There is a shipment delay due to crossing the US/CDN border. I was placing m y prescription late and feared running out of pills. My uni rep accelerated my order so I received it quite quickly.
This not the first time that the firm has stepped outside of normal practice to satisfy a need for me and I am most grateful.

Canada shipment took much longer than UK product
Shipment took much longer than last time.
I had some on hand that required mixing but much more bother. Then I was without medicine....
I was concerned I might begin to lose my hearing during the wait time.

Dear Karen,
Thank you for leaving us the review. Your feedback is much appreciated.
We are so sorry to hear about the situation. We are working hard to keep the delivery time shorter, however, please be aware that these are average processing and shipping times and mailing delays can occur beyond our control.
Extraneous factors out of our control such as weather conditions, airport security checks and holidays may contribute to shipment delays.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We are also available on chat.

I trust Universal Drugstore
Universal Drugstore makes it very easy to order and reorder prescriptions. They will contact my doctor when it's time for a new prescription. The prices are very good. I save lots of money after I fall into the donut hole with Medicare. I have never had a problem with delivery after the many, many years that I have been ordering with them. Since my meds come mostly from India, I just have to plan ahead about a month to receive my order on time. That's no problem for me. Lately, I have been receiving some discounts, too. Delivery is free. I highly recommend Universal Drugstore.

Universal Drug Store--My "Go To" Rx Company
Universal Drug Store is extremely professional and very good with communication. Every time I have a question or concern, I get a quick and full reply. If I call, I get a live person who resolves any issue I have; if I email, I get a thorough response usually in less than two days. I have recommended this company to many friends.

Universal Drugstore has great service
Universal Drugstore has great service. I especially like that I can track the shipping of my order. Other Canadian pharmacies do not offer this service. When I speak with an employee, he or she has always been courteous and helpful. And the chat service is also very helpful.
