The Publishing side went well for my book, i was able to check the files and discuss a few details before it was finished, and there wasn't much trouble during that part. i did notice a few small things when i received the printed copy, nothing major, but some details in the layout weren't quite how i expected them to be. i shared the issues with the team and they made the changes in the revision, i checked the updated version and the small problems were sorted out.
there was a little extra time involved because of the changes, but the final printed book was fine.

I came back to this team after nearly a year, this time looking for help getting more attention for my book. Having already used their publishing services before, I knew what to expect from them. This time, I tried their book marketing service, and the process was fairly smoot they explained what they'd be doing upfront and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, through I think there's still room to make the marketing results even stronger.

Now, when someone asks about my book, i just send them the website instead trying to explain everything in messages, it has made things much simpler for me, especially since i don't know much about these technical things.
