Huge waste of time, I contacted united capital source for a second business loan to assist me with more product inventory. Yesterday I sent in all my documents, proof of sales with square and even was transparent and upfront with them yesterday and said "Hey look I took out a loan with another company I am looking for additional funding I am not trying to hide anything just need the additional assistance. John Baum was upfront and transparent and said he could not guarantee anything, but he would try. John gives me a ring back yesterday and says hey I got you approved for 3K, but I am trying to get you 3-5 k but send your voided check and government issued id to me and your square sales history which I did, now he says I got you approved for 4k and I will send the contract. Long story short United capital source called me talking about "What did you do too Bitty?" I said what I didn't do anything then he goes well the bank is saying you put a stop payment to bitty and I said I just logged into my account the stop payment is for a check clearly which means capital funding source made false assumptions and decided not to fund me due to a stop payment on a check I had issued yesterday to a vendor, they falsely assumed I put a stop payment on the funds with the other loan which is impossible when my bank account still shows funds coming out from the other loan provider. I called my bank immediately from the store phone and gave them the allegations from the loan provider and they said no the stop payment you requested was for check number 1019 and they do not do 3rd party calls without the account holder on the line for any information on the account there was no record of the loan provider calling into First National Bank Texas. the only way you can stop payment on an ACH transaction is you would have to file an unauthorized dispute and close your account and reopen a new account if you are claiming fraud transaction but if you have a signed agreement. I gave them access to my bank account and everything manually over the phone so why would I need to hide anything lol. I do not recommend you waste your time because they are going to only make false assumptions and the fact, I provided my banking details over the phone just for them to access my account was kind of fishy, but I needed the funds and was desperate I would not recommend you go with this company total time waster.

Fast Funding, Professional People, Easy Process

Quickest easiest process ever, not like other companies where you have to jump through hoops for days or even weeks. This whole process took less than 24 hours and funds are already in my bank. Thanks Brett !!! Brett called and updated me several times throughout the 24 hour process to let me know how everything was going.

Bryan Rabanal with United Capital provided a great no nonsense service to our LLC company. He was able to get us a quick $2500 line of credit with a good company in one day after submitting our 3 months of company bank statements. I have known Bryan for a long time now and have checked with him at different times to see what he was offering. Recently I used him and United Capital and got a starter line of credit. He provides quick service and follow up and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a company line of credit or a working capital loan.

United Capital Source was able to apply for a PPP loan for me and it was approved! Their forms were all online and very easy to use and they emailed me for any additional files needed. The loan documents were also easy to sign and the money was in my accounts a few days later. All in all it was an excellent experience that could not have been easier. Thank you!
