The order was only part delivered after 6 weeks, the goods are absolutely rubbish, needless to say the first one went straight in the rubbish bin & IF I ever get the second one thats were it will go ...absolutely rubbish...ordered in January & only got the first part in March, second part still not here
I ordered the exfoliating towels on 05/02/26 when tracked said they were from knoxville in America, tracking stayed on that date for 2 weeks,it said the parcel was in Cambridge England with a post code, I checked the post code it was in Cambridge but in Canada , I contacted UNIQUEOUS and within 5 minutes tracking came up to 05/03/26 they also said they were sending replacement, I emailed pay pal asking for a refund and it was UNIQUEOUS that emailed me back saying wait for 2 nd parcel, that also sent a link for the new tracking which when I tried wanted more money from me, I got back onto them told them I know they are in China and my son is in China at this time will get him to check you out, never got any reply, so obviously this company is a SCAM, don’t order anything at all xxx
I ordered the Exfoliating Shower towel on 29th January, I still have not received this item. It has been stuck In Belfast since 25th February. This is ridiculous, I certainly would not order anything from this company again.
SCAM ALERT!
I ordered two Beanie Hat For Women (£15 each) in November 2025 as Christmas presents. They arrived in the first week of January 2026 — TOO LATE to be useful — with no apology, no explanation, nothing.
The bigger issue is the QUALITY. What arrived was appalling and clearly not what’s shown in the promotional video. The video presents a sleek, premium-looking beanie made from what appears to be higher-grade fabric. The items I received looked and felt like cheap substitutes — the kind of thing you’d expect from a low-cost bulk shipment, not a “premium” product.
I asked for a full refund on the basis that the goods were not as described. They categorically refused. Instead, they first offered £2 compensation (seriously), and after five email exchanges their “final offer” was £7, claiming it’s the maximum allowed “per policy”.
So: late delivery + product not matching the advertising + customer service hiding behind policy rather than resolving it properly.
This company is a SCAM.
I ordered the exfoliating cloth but once you checkout they charge an extra £5.71 ,I told them about this and said it was a mistake they would refund the overpayment but I decided to cancel immediately but they wouldn't I then realised they're £15 cheaper here in uk and next day free delivery this company is a scam

These people are con artists, they tried to add tax and due to a flaw in their system I ended up with product twice!!
Like other reviewers I contacted them immediately and they stated it was already in process 3-4 weeks later products arrived (from the US)

I attempted to purchase the fraction learning, I ended up receiving a “sorry it’s your problem now, because I’m dead. End of life planner”.
Yesterday I made an online purchase of an exfoliating cloth online, via an social media ad, from Uniqueous - who appear as Lion's Mane Publishing Co., Ltd on your statement.
It was much more expensive than I had anticipated once shipping was added, but a second page came up indicating that there was a discount for adding a second product. I thought that was reasonable and so I placed the order, believing I had made an amendment.
On review of the transactions I realised I had made 2 orders. I then immediately contacted, emailed, their Support team to cancel the orders and get refunded.
They have responded today to say that the items are shipped and so they cannot refund me.
I cancelled the order within seconds of having made them. Their excuse is poor administration at best, but seems dishonest on the face of it.
The purchases were made via PayPal so I have raised disputes.
This sales tactic and service is both awful and unacceptable and I strongly advise against spending your money with this company!
