Writing this review prior to receiving order so reflecting experience to date. Ordered a personalised image on the 30 November. Despite several attempts of contact, I'm yet to receive a response to my emails via the website contact form or a reply on WhatsApp. I've bought this gift as a special Christmas present so hope it arrives on time. I've heard good things about this company and would love to to update this review to 4 or 5 stars!

Amazing website

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the unique maps Co. I ordered an old map of Dublin as my son loves Irish history. Paola was just brilliant 🤩 I was able to personalise it at the bottom corner of the framed map which was just perfect and subtle . Paola sent me a proof before it was despatched. Once i was happy with the proof i sent him confirmation that the proof looked great and then they sent a despatch confirmation email. Great customer service and communication throughout. It arrived safely today it’s just stunning My son will absolutely love this for Christmas thanks so much again. Would highly recommend this brilliant website. Jane, Dublin 😀

I wanted this map delivered after a specific date so what's apped first to see if this was possible, responded back straight away and placed order.
What a lovely old map and has been framed to perfection!
If you are looking for maps of any description and want quality then this is the company you should be using!

Really great company!

I had a small issue with a misprint on my order and they were beyond helpful in getting it sorted. They responded to my email very quickly and resolved the problem in a fast and effective way. The replacement print arrived promptly and the quality was fantastic – it made the perfect gift for my husband and now looks beautiful in our home. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the final product. Highly recommend!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I'm sharing my experience here so that others may know. I was grossly mislead by The Unique Maps Co's website that showed glowing reviews and wonderfully described products. My order, supposed to be a replica of an old painting, was a color photocopy, even the picture frame mat and its captions were photocopied together on same sheet, making the product look extremely cheap. The caption of the product was partially hidden by its frame, although the Co claimed to have sent it thru' quality control. Product arrived 7 days later, cheaply wrapped in 2 transparent plastic bags scotch taped together. I contacted Co for a refund for such crappy product but was told they had 'custom framed' my order in-country so it could reach me on time and so cannot be refunded. This contradicts their website stating all orders were made in-country, and my order was made well ahead of the stated 2-3 day world wide delivery. Co was initially reluctant to offer a replacement of the flawed product and seem to be dragging their their feet in responding, knowing I was leaving the country the morning after tomorrow. Disappointing experience!

We love our map! It’s the most complimented piece in our home and a gorgeous reminder of our London trips.

A great website with so much information to help you order. I requested early attention to my order as it was required quickly and I was informed it would be expedited, which it was, and I received it very promptly!

We bought this as a gift to thank a history teacher that made a difference in our child’s learning. There are a fair number of sites offering similar services, but this one promised the widest variety, in-country printing & delivery, and had good reviews.

We were delighted to receive in short order a beautifully printed map on heavy stock paper, the bright and vibrant colours really stood out. Spoiled for choice with so many unique maps of both well-known and unexpected territories. Highly recommended.

Really lovely map, bought to upcycle an old pine coffee table. Spray mounted the map on to the repainted surface and added plate glass to give this old table a unique new lease of life. We love it - as do visitors! It's a real talking point.

I love old maps and I’ve bought from Unique Maps on 4 occasions both for myself and as presents. The quality is always first class and they deliver really quickly. I’ll definitely be buying again.

Excellent service, delivered on time and a large choice of art or maps to, in my case, decorate my man cave. Framed by a good friend they will soon be adorning my room, four maps chosen uniquely important to me. Burma & WW1 front where my grandfather served, Rome for my honeymoon and West Coast of Ireland where my Mum was born. High quality with photos to follow. Highly recommend.

Fast shipping and great quality!! I ordered a map for my husband's birthday, and he loved it. The map paper is nice and thick, the colors are vibrant, and the text is pretty easy to read, even on the smallest map size.

It’s rare to get such a great service when shopping online. Great experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All my friends are getting maps as presents in future!

Nothing but praise for Unique Maps, fantastic selection of maps, sizes and frames to choose from. All my queries were answered quickly, and the map and frame arrived in time for my husbands birthday as promised. He loved it!!
