Your website was seamless
Your website was seamless, no waiting for loading despite the extensive photos, etc., you had of each rug. Each rug was unique, your filters worked beautifully and quickly, I loved that you had the rugs each pictured from different directions and also of the back. The photos of the rug against different floors was great. Answers to my questions were fast, delivery was great. I have NEVER had such a nice experience while shopping for anything online. I've told LOTS of friends about it. And the colors in my rug were exactly as they appeared. Thrilled! Wish I had more rugs to buy!

Love the new rug
The rug is of great quality. There was an issue with shipping but customer service got right on it and corrected the problem. They were very responsive. I would look to them if I wanted another rug in the future!

Beautiful Navahand rug
I purchased a Navahand rug from Uniq. It is a beautiful rug, brand new, no odor, and the price was very fair. It is the second rug I have gotten from this company. Note that someone does have to be home to sign for the delivery. That delayed our shipment. If I had known, I would have had it sent to our business address.

While on a Navy deployment back in…
While on a Navy deployment back in 2001, I bought an Afshar tribal rug I cherished for years. Last year, while in a storage facility the rug was destroyed by dry rot. I began a search to find a carpet to replace it, or at least another Afshar pattern I would like. One day, while perusing Uniq rug's collection, I couldn't believe my eyes. They were selling an Afshar tribal rug with the exact same pattern. Everything was 98% the same with only a couple of differences in the symbols in the rug. I happily ordered it and am very pleased to own the new carpet. It seemed to me extremely rare that one could find a hand-made carpet with nearly the exact same design, but there it was! What an awesome collection to choose from and robust variety. Very pleased with my purchase. I also purchased 2 other carpets and the shipping from Germany was better than expected!

Great experience, many times
I have purchased several rugs and have had an extremely good experience every time. Descriptions are accurate, shipping is prompt, questions are answered in detail and each rug arrived exactly as described. On a couple of occasions I changed my mind after seeing the rug in its intended place, and returns were facilitated immediately. I would recommend the company without qualification, and I will use them again for future purchases.
