Credit Card - Expected Transactions - Stays on my active credit card without my consent. I get a response from Capital One - Union Plus, that the listed company has to request the removal. I contact the listed company they have no active account with me any longer. As of today that Expected Transaction still exist on the mobile app. In this year the transaction will process a ghost payment and I will spend countless hours to remove this ghost/fraud transaction. I will close this very bad management account. I was going to let it ride out again. I just decided to call and cancel the card. I do not want to deal with the stress in October,2026.

I spent 45 minutes on a Saturday putting all my information in to the farmer's website after a third party aggregator (Union Plus) direct and it took my information acted like it saved everything and then some weird thing showed up saying for me to call their call center. No warnings or anything at the beginning. They have a lot of incompetent website maintenance engineers working it Union Plus and Farmers Insurance. If the site is going to continue asking questions about my vehicle and all the drivers and everything what are you doing with the information if you don't have it anymore? There's no way that you don't have it anymore. You just screwed with me and then I called you guys back up and you couldn't get any information up and wanted me to start from scratch. Guess what? You lost a customer.

I would give -10 but it doesn't allow it, one star is still to much. They only allow one form of payment, from your bank. If im making the credit card payment it shouldn't matter what form of payment use as long as it gets paid. With one payment option, and because of their rules, its just another way to screw people over and ding your credit, up your balance to keep you from payingit down to get rid of them. Also it Doesn't help talking to anyone either, they are of no help. My opinion do not get a card from them, everything benefits them and not the card holder.

Collects a lot of data and fails to provide service. Don't bother signing up for an account.

When I called Union Plus, I spoke to a representative named Deboris Brinkley. If I could describe Deboris in two words they would be caring and helpful. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to finances and credit, such as credit card usage and some terms related to credit monitoring, but Mr. Brinkley went above and beyond on his phone call with me, leaving me with the knowledge to begin repairing my credit and providing me with reassurance because he was very informed in his line of work. Deboris was very in depth and very detailed which caused me to understand a whole lot more on how to repair my credit history, not to mention his very friendly disposition and tone. Although I felt as if I were speaking with a friend, Deboris always remained very professional and extremely helpful and I am very satisfied with my interaction with the Union Plus company per this representative. Thank you Mr. Brinkley for making my experience a pleasant one because sometimes the matters of finances are not always pleasant but you made it fun and informative!

This insurance is terrible. I keep making payments and every month it says I’m past due. Can’t bother calling customer service. They are very rude and don’t help you resolve the issue. I will be canceling

I have participated in multiple UP programs, including both their Mortgage programs which both times secured me rates much lower than other banks!

I also use their auto home insurance for my home insurance. After the rates drastically increased this year, when I called back in, they were able to find me another provider with similar benefits at a much lower cost, further saving me additional money.

i am in the union, have a very crédible credit union, so union plus slipped me a life insurance application through my crédit union name in the mail, as if to pose as a special deal and benifit of being member of that credit union. they cant keep my monthly premium straight. payement due on 1st of month. always pay on time, and the next month they say im past due and threaten in bold red lettres of à lapse in coverage. called them plenty of times and they say to ignore the bill and just pay my monthly premium and this is only happening because they recently changed hands. well. that was 2 years ago, same stupid billing errors. every month. now they raised my premium and they said they are allowed to do that each time
my wife and i turn an age that has a zéro or 5 at the end. she just turned 60 and i turn 65 in july of 2025. wow. 2 more bump ups for them. here is the crummy part. when i get tired of them cheating me, and i dump them, i lose all i've paid these jokers over the years. the 5 year rise in premiums on both me and my wife was not discussed with me upon purchase of this policy, but they say its written in my policy. well, it isnt!!! so i told them to show me this in writing. they sent me a policy again, and it still doesnt mention these raises. as far as billing, i feel they are purposely keeping me in arrearages in hopes to use that as a reason not to pay out in the évent of my or my spouse death. do not trust this company.they are sketchy. shame on you, union plus

This company supposedly provides all types of insurance through the Hartford.
What a scam, I brought HIP insurance through them , filed a claim and have gotten nothing but the run around . Was told I didn’t have it,was told they couldn’t find my documents from the doctors and the hospital, not once but twice . Yet, they took my money for payments. They do everything to try to get you to get frustrated and give up
filing . This is a scam don’t get anything from this company.

I have a credit card issued by Union Plus, which I really like. But, based on a recent car rental from them, I will never use any of their supposedly “discount” services. I was looking for a hybrid but wanted something larger than a Prius. When I saw the picture of an SUV on their listing for a hybrid, I made a reservation. As soon as I did so, the image of a Prius appeared on the confirmation. This is false advertising—even if the fine print under the picture reads Prius equivalent. Additional fees (taxes) are also added at time of vehicle return. I expect much better.

I have sent multiple messeges requesting for cancellation of my life insurance and they ignored me. I also stopped bank payments to them and they still send me mail charging me 12$ monthly says i owe them 132$ now after a year of attempting to get it canceled.

EVERYONE AVOID THIS SCAM LIFE INSURANCE, THEY WONT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR LIFE INSURANCE

They were AWESOME! They were able to assist me at every step of the way. My refinance was a little complicated, but they made it as easy as it could be and beat the rate that the other company had given me. If you are working with anyone else, stop, and contact Union Plus Mortgage Company, you will not regret it.

This is the second time I used Union Mortgage and it was easier and faster the second time for my refinance. The process both times was easy. I received prompt responses and had no surprises. I spoke with other lenders and banks and they assured me that the service I received was the best. Other lenders/banks advised some people were not getting approved or it was taking longer to refinance (up to 5weeks). Again I was impressed and am grateful for the service.

As a first-time home buyer, I was impressed by how smooth the entire process went with Union Plus Mortgage. All the people that were involved were experienced, helpful, and responsive. I would do it again with Union Plus. I also enjoyed the first-time buyer cashback and rewards.

Very helpful and the process was not difficult. They did not make me feel ignorant when I asked so many questions. Definitely was worth it.

Everything went well for the most part. I wasn't promised a gift card like I see many people were for a refinance. I am an AFGE member and that's the main reason I chose Union Plus for my refi. I think Michael and Meredith were mostly helpful and responsive. Meredith did seem short at times in the beginning. The online processing and docu sign system was great and having a notary/paralegal (not sure which) come to my home for the closing was awesome. I am pleased so far with the process. I contacted 2 other companies about a refinance prior to Union Plus and Union Plus was the most responsive and had the best interest rate.
