Shocking Customer service
I have ordered a jacket in my child’s size, it arrived too small. I Emailed uniform direct asking to exchange the jacket for a bigger size and they said the items are non returnable because they are made to order? It has not been tailor made to my childs measurements , it is a generic size. I’m sure there will be another child who will need the size I’ve got so they will be able to resell it .. I’m now stuck with a jacket that’s too small and need to pay again for another jacket! Shocking. Most companies let you exchange items.

Prompt, well packaged delivery
As always, quick delivery, with free postage and well packaged. I've been waiting to place this order for some time as the credit/debit card option has not been available (only Paypal) so you nearly lost a customer but I waited as I understood you were changing your payment systems and I like the quality of your items compared to other suppliers.

Had to set up PayPal in order to pay.
Using the website to find the school was easy. When paying the only option was PayPal so I’ve have to set up a PayPal account. Because of work commitments I’m unable to visit the closest store so need to get a delivery. If I was able to use my card on the website it would have been better for me.
I ordered on Monday got an email on Tuesday saying that it was despatched with Royal Mail (not arrived yet it’s only Wednesday when I was asked to do review) so the speed of dispatch can not be faulted.
