Please don't travel with UNIFLUCHT , very very bad experience on the Journey of Keukenhof on 10th May
Unfortunately there is no negative stars.
Uniflucht team cancels pick up from Aachen and then they call and commit your drop location from Keukenhof to Aachen with going to Duisburg. The reason for this call is to convince you , as you dont ask for refund.Be very careful with this calls.
You start your journey and then while returning , they act as if they don't know anything.
Team does not even take your calls , plus no support.
They propose you to take 6 hours journey back to Aachen at mid-night with your family and kid.
Worst travel company with worst service and no response since weeks / months.
Be careful with the advertisement - as we got fooled saying Mother's day special - There was nothing special
Regarding Tour Leader - even worst
We wasted lot of time at Tulip, when all the shops were closed at 7 pm we all were waiting to leave at 8:15 pm. Thanks to the Tulip guys they said we close at 8.It's clear there were no restaurants nearby to eat. Water and food is expensive this is what was told to us, then the Tour Leader should have stopped at some Gas station he stops at McDonald's. Tour Leader says this is 4th time to the garden. But seems it was his first time. Plus on the above situation , he was not polite

A Terrible Experience with Uniflucht..!
I recently traveled to Italy with Uniflucht, and from the very first day, it turned out to be the worst tour management I’ve ever experienced!
Uniflucht does not deliver on the promises they make in the itinerary before the trip begins.
We didn’t arrive in Rome at the scheduled time, which left us with very little time there – and worst of all, we didn’t even get to visit the Vatican, something they had clearly promised.
Instead of taking responsibility, they reacted to complaints defensively and without any empathy.
The bus drivers hadn’t even checked the vehicle properly before departure – there was no spare tire. When the tire burst, we were stranded on the road and had to wait for almost 4 hours.
During this time, the participants were given no assistance at all. They didn’t allow anyone to leave the bus to walk to the nearby train station either.
After already being on the road for 12 hours, we were forced to wait even longer in uncomfortable conditions.
Some people missed their connections home and lost the money they had spent on train or bus tickets.
Despite all of this, Uniflucht refused to arrange alternative transport – purely for financial reasons.
However, one thing I can mention positively was our tour leader’s patience and understanding.
Lana was incredibly supportive throughout this whole mess and did everything she could to help us and reduce the impact of the situation.

Uniflucht … nightmare trip
Please don't use Uniflucht tour company. It is an unforgettable nightmare experience.
Yeah the deal called Easter Break (Milan, Florence, Rome, Pisa and Venice) was a completely desastre.
They choose Florence City hotels to stay the entire trip. From Florence you have to waste your time going to Milan, Rome, Pisa and Venice. Just an example from Florence to Rome 10 hours waste (back and forth) and they allowed you 6 hours to see ROME? It was a GREAT THIFT!
All the cities you have to visit is a HASSLE and sometimes neither you have a time to eat.
It is true the toilet is broken and smell pretty bad.
The hotel they choose the Internet is pretty bad and the room where I stayed smell horrible smoked cigarettes.
When we came back the bus tire blow out. We have to wait 5 hours for a special company to repairs that tired. And the most amazing story was the bus didn't have a spare tire!!!!
The trip back home to Frankfurt supposed to arrives at 9h45 am but it was 5h30 pm.
The tourist guide was rude and unprofessional with everyone.

Driver and Tour Guide are very irresponsible. They had stopped for restroom break and by the time i returned back they had left me. Even my friend informed driver but still driver left me in washroom and left very carelessly. They said they are getting late. Actually driver dont have time sense. They can come late for pickup and they can not wait for 5 mins more for washroom break. I was left behind alone in middle of highway petrol bunk with no help. Later i had to arrange taxi and catch bus which incured hefty taxi fare. Even after informing to Uniflucht team they are not refunding my taxi fare and offering very minimal discount. This is totally unfair.
I would strongly recommend. PLZ DONT GO WITH UNIFLUCHT.

- No precautions taken regarding air-quality in the bus.
- One person seems to have carrying flu while starting the trip itself and Uniflucht failed to handle it properly. This resulted in infecting almost the entire bus.
- Whole trip was an unpleasant journey.

Zwischen der Toiletten pause während unser fahrt nach Neuschwanstein. Er steht raus, wenn ich von der Bus rausgekommen bin und hätte ich ihm einfach gefragt ob er weiss wo die Toiletten sind. Sagt er zu mir dass er ein Reisebegleitet ist und kein Toilettenbegleiter.
Total unfreundlich. So redet niemand. Besonderweise leute im Service.

The worst travel bus planner in the European Union. They should reserve seats instead of following the “first come, first served” principle. Additionally, the drivers and guides were extremely rude. I’m giving them one star because they booked a good hotel, but otherwise, I would give them zero stars.

I took the last trip to Italy, it's cheap which is a fact, but the experience was so terrible that I cannot explain. It was really bad unorganized und the bus was a piece of shit , had a really bad experience.
In short, terrible organization and helpless customer support.
I went to the "Christmas special:Bruges & Brussels" trip on 23.11.2024. And the expectation vs reality was ridiculous.
They claim the departure information will be sent to you 2 days in advance, the trip was starting on Friday (22.11.) night, but when I asked for the information on Wednesday (20.11.), so exactly 2 days in advance, their response was "we will share it on Thursday at 5pm dear". 1 day before and calling me dear? Very unprofessional and not what they say in the website. At 5pm we only got the time of departure, no other details, so I reached out to the customer service again if it would be possible to send us the whole itinerary with expected times of arrivals to the cities etc. because I wanted to plan my day, but I only received an answer on Monday (25.11.), so after the trip, and yes, they had a whole Friday (22.11.) to answer in their office hours.
Another claim on the website is 2 drivers, there was 1 for an 8 hour journey in which he only had a 30 minute break (EU law states 45 minutes of compulsory break every 4,5hrs of working), so a clear violation. At least in Brussels he had a 9 hour rest and I really hope he was sleeping in bed and not in the bus, although he most likely wasn't.
Organization of the trip was another joke, "Christmas special" but we saw no Christmas markets as the one in Brussels only starts on 29.11. and in Bruges the market opens at 10:30, but we were already leaving at 11:00 with the bus parked 20 minutes away from the centre. Clearly, nobody put any thought into the organization, we could have easily gone to Brussels first and then to Bruges for the Christmas markets in the evening.
Our tour guide Muneeb barely spoke to us, his English is not good enough for a tour guide and I doubt he speaks any German. He only gave us some "tips" on what to do in the cities, particularly ironic were the tips for Bruges where he told us we can go on a boat through the canals after 10 (yeah, sure, but the bus was leaving at 11).
Another joke was that he said that by the time we reach the city centre, everything should be open, it wasn't. We were lucky to find one place for breakfast and the city was only waking up as we were leaving. For Brussels he didn't say anything, just gave us 3 tips in a brochure of which one was the Atomium which was already planned on the way (only for 30 minute "for pictures" though, so if you want to go inside and actually learn something about it, you can't). The other 2 tips were definitely not enough for the 9 hours we had in Brussels, but luckily I can plan on my own, it's just another example of how nobody didn't put any thought into the organization.
So overall, my recommendation would be if you are considering this company, don't. The affordable price isn't worth what you get, rather plan your journey with Flixbus as they are also cheap and aren't violating any regulations and you can have your own flexibility.

Eine der schlimmsten Fahrten meines Lebens, die Fahrer sprechen nicht einmal Englisch oder Deutsch, sondern nur Türkisch. Die Toilette im Bus war blockiert (sie sagten, ist kaputt, dann habe ich mir bemerkt , dass das Badezimmer nur für die Mitarbeiter von Uniflucht war) und sie machen alle 3 Stunden eine Pause von 10 Minuten und es ist ihnen egal, wer die Toilette benutzt hat oder nicht. Der Reiseleiter hat sich einfach nicht um die Kunden gekümmert. Verschwenden Sie nicht Ihre Zeit und Ihr Geld mit diesen Leuten. Die Sind keine Reisebüro sie sind nur eine Gruppe von Busfahrern mit einem inkompetenten Führer

Das ist die schlechteste Reiseanbieter. Ich habe einmal mit Uniflucht gereist und es wat für mich die schlimmste Reise. Der Fahrer hat 90 Minuten spät gekommen. Währen der Ausweiskontrolle war es kaus, und wurde mein Geldbeutel geklaut. Währen der Reise wurde immer Verspätung angekündigt. Die Reisedauer wurde gekürzt. Als wir zum Hotel fahren wollte, war der Bus kaputt, der Reiseanbieter hat keine Ersatzbus gerufen sondern haben sie die Reisende gebeten, den Bus zu schieben. Von 11.00 Uhr bis Mitte Nacht 5.00 Uhr waren wir im Bus und mussten wir warten, bis der Fahrer der Bus repariert.
Beim Rückfahrt hat der Fahrer fast geschlafen und waren wir kurz vor Unfall. Das war Lebensgefährlich.
Auf keinem Fall mit der Uniflucht reisen. Das ist verlorene Geld und Zeit.
Won't do it again
Trying to be fair here, the trip was cheap and we did get to see Hallstatt and Salzburg as advertised.
But some promises on the website did not correspond to reality: there was no WC in the bus, and there was just one driver, not two, which is clearly a violation of safety rules because he drove the bus two nights in a row and during the day as well. I don't think he had an opportunity to take a proper rest. It's a miracle that nothing has happened...
Also, the bus departed from Frankfurt an hour later than it was supposed to, we had less time in Austria and the guided tour in Salzburg took only 1 hour instead of 2.
Hallstatt was the highlight of the trip and 3 hours were not enough in my opinion. I'd prefer less time in Salzburg in favor of Hallstatt.
I won't be taking these tours again because of the great physical discomfort, but I have to agree that at least the price was good.
It was a nightmare
It was a nightmare, anyone who wants to live should not travel with Uniflucht,below are the issues listed in short. Few issues i have skipped
To start, the trip got off to a rough beginning when the pick-up was delayed by a staggering six hours. This delay caused me to stay awake the entire night, anxiously waiting for the transportation to arrive. Consequently, I was deprived of sleep and energy during the journey. The Bus when arrived was uncleaned and during the entire journey we were not able to use the toilet in the Bus as it was dirty due to which we had to pay everywhere outside and go for the toilet.
Moreover, I was truly disheartened when the planned stop at Bruges, a location I was looking forward to visiting, had to be skipped because of mismanagement of time. Instead, we were taken directly to Brussels, leaving us exhausted and unable to fully enjoy the sights due to our sleep deprivation. So surely we were not able to do sightseeing and were just sitting.
The situation took an even more alarming turn when there was an accident involving the bus during the return journey. This incident not only posed a serious safety risk but also left me feeling frightened and anxious throughout the rest of the trip. I was sitting in the first seat and saw the accident. The side of the bus had fallen out and the driver was scared and shivering ,we handled him , we then stopped at a location and we passengers helped to stick the part to the bus with sellotape and then made the driver sleep for sometime so that we dont die. It was a nightmare experience, and I couldn't help but worry for my safety and that of my fellow passengers.
Furthermore, the bus drop-off was significantly delayed as well due to the accident, further adding to the overall frustration and dissatisfaction with the trip. I really told my husband after coming home that I came home alive today and that was enough.
When we asked for refund , they are offering discount on another trip and never refunded the amount

I came from South Africa and wanted a truly great experience in Switzerland so we booked with Uniflucht the package put together was amazing.I enjoyed Interlaken and Chamonix it meet all my expectations and created truly great memories of Switzerland and although it was a self guided tour our co-ordinator Eva was amazing.
Pathetic Organisation of Trip
I am very disappointed with the Trip which I took on 29.05.24 to Monte Carlo, Nice and Marseille. The trip In-charge from Uniflucht are unorganised and not experienced , and the most of it the Drivers are unprofessional. The drivers wasted our time in finding the Parking. they don’t know where to park also, which wasted a lot of time in exploring the city. We even missed a chance explore Nice due to the delay from the Drivers.
In my Suggestion, Please don’t travel with Uniflucht for these regions as they are very astonishing and you will regret travelling with Uniflucht.

It's not even worth 1 star.
Mismanagement, pathethic and troubling guide, long waiting hrs for bus to pick up with no proper communication,spending daily 2 hrs in bus just for getting parking in trip. And giving no guidance on trip., makes the trip worst. They just can't organize and hire proper guide.

We had recently a trip with them to Italy.
We had lots of disappointment, since they failed to manage the Guided Tour to Rome collosieum, which they promised while booking of the trip itself. The Hotel accommodation was also below average quality and lacked with basic hygiene.
Uniflucht team wasn't Punctual too in the daily tour plan. Tour Leader was observed quite arrogant and pathetic. She misbehaved to elderly and family people. On last day of the Tour, where Ferry boat ride was planned, they left some people behind even after people paid in advance for the boat ride. All the trip went quite hectic and stressful. Do not waste your money, energy and time with Uniflucht..!

I had recently travelled together with UniFlucht for a trip to Italy. I found it worst ever tour management from the day one! What UniFlucht promises before tour begins in their itinerary, they simply don't deliver. They react like helpless upon failing to deliver what they promised about. The Tour Leader was also observed being very rude and arrogant towards family people. She was keeping shouting to the people all the time.
Hotels arranged by UniFlucht team were also below average rantings, with a poor quality of breakfast and low levels of hygiene Do not waste your time, money and energy with UniFlucht..
Mismanagement
My drop off point is Düsseldorf. I do not understand why they have decided to cross Düsseldorf and then drop off people in Köln. Now the bus is going back to Düsseldorf again. Because of this unnecessary back and forth I have to travel 1 hour more and I am going to miss my train connection and have to wait at the station for 1 hour. I don’t know when will I reach home. I am writing this review while I am still in their bus. Also their bus is very congested. Moreover, AC doesn’t work properly!
