Great website and really good customer service

I have ordered from Unfabled before so I trusted that they provide a great service. This time I had an issue as Royal Mail seems to have lost the parcel but when I contacted them, it was dealt with smoothly and swiftly. Great service!

Excellent product and customer service. I ordered the weighted sleep mask and it’s just great. It really helps with my anxiety. Originally the parcel was delivered to the wrong place, but customer service was exceptional. They were so easy to get in touch with and immediately sent out a new order.

At first, I had a small issue with my order, but it was resolved very quickly. I received a replacement product without any problems, and the customer service was extremely kind and supportive.
