I’ve been using this product since May, mostly for cleanup and mastering, and it’s become a regular part of my workflow. It’s easy to use and has worked well for me without changing the feel of the music.

Customer service has also been great and fast. I recently had a question about one of the features on my Lifetime plan, and Sarah had it checked and explained everything clearly.

I also really appreciate that new features are included with the Lifetime plan instead of constantly being sold as extra add-ons.

I’m open about using AI in my music. For me, this product is about improving the sound while keeping the watermark intact, not pretending the music was made some other way.

So far, I’ve had a very good experience with both the product and the support.

Undetectr is a scam.

1) There's no way to download the supposedly processed songs. It's quite suspicious that they don't have direct downloads. Even blogs have them. I followed all the strange and peculiar steps to download, but nothing downloads; I even installed the latest version of Chrome, as suggested, but that didn't work either. There's no way to download anything because it's actually a scam. The product doesn't do what it promises.

2) Another thing, I didn't buy a detection blocker for certain music sites. I bought what they offered: an AI TRACE REMOVER. But the product doesn't deliver on that promise.

AFTER purchasing it, a notification appears stating that it's a detection blocker for Spotify, Apple Music, and a couple of other streaming services, but it doesn't include YouTube either. It doesn't actually remove AI traces. And anyway, there's no working download.

❌ Absolute waste of money – Does NOT block AI flags on major platforms!I bought the €39 Lifetime Access package based on the promise that this software removes all AI watermarks, SynthID, and digital signatures from Suno/Udio tracks so they won’t get flagged by distributors and streaming platforms.Unfortunately, this software simply does not work as advertised.Even when uploading high-quality, uncompressed WAV files, the tracks were immediately flagged and blocked as AI-generated content on Tidal and through my distributor (DistroKid). The automated "6-axis pipeline" completely failed to clean the tracks properly. This issue almost ruined my upcoming album release next week. Save your €39. The marketing claims a 98% success rate, but in reality, it fails at its single core purpose. I have contacted support and demanded a full refund.

I purchased lifetime access to Undetectr and tested it using one song, three identical 25-second excerpts, and three AI-music detectors.

Results:

- ArtifactNet: Original 0.1% AI, Undetectr 20.5%, Master 17.0%
- Hive: Original 96.2%, Undetectr 95.7%, Master 92.4%
- AI Music Detector: Original 75%, Undetectr 76%, Master 76%

ArtifactNet considered every version human-made, but both Undetectr versions scored substantially more AI-like than the original. Hive strongly flagged all three. AI Music Detector classified all three results as low-confidence/inconclusive, while the processed files scored one point worse.

Its detailed reports also found a 99% “upsampling artefact match” in the original and standard Undetectr versions. The Master version increased that measurement to 100%.

The processing was not harmless. Standard Undetectr changed the tonal and stereo balance. Master altered the waveform, frequency balance, dynamics, and stereo image considerably more, without producing a meaningful improvement in detection.

This is one controlled test and public detectors may differ from private distributor systems. I am therefore not claiming the product never works for anyone. My conclusion is simply that it did not demonstrate useful effectiveness on my song and changed the audio without improving the verdicts.

Used it for a batch of tracks and that saved me a load of time. I didnt want to sit there editing every file manually.

Very happy with the results after finally understanding how it works. Good and patient customer service too. Recommend.

It did exactly what it said it would do, I passed detection on Spotify after it previously got rejected. Happy with the service and the sounds have improved.

I got my album on Spotify after they got rejected by Apple Music and Spotify! 12 tracks then got accepted and are now live. Some people are haters here and have never even bought the software. Would recommend!
