They can not deliver the product and do not answer the calls more then a month and I am still waiting for my refund .They will talk and give stories but do not fall for this trap 😡😡😡
After a long wait finally i received my Refund, i guess i was lucky Thank God..Also now they are following up for me to remove my review... i do not understand why should i?

Its been really disappointing and Disgusting that i have dealt with ur company not once but twice.
#With Regards to my 2 orders Order No. 2243 and Order no.8240
I had purchased Samsung Note 10 plus 512gb and Samsung Note 10 5g
Note 10 plus did not work properly when received and got it replaced , but the received mobile also had faulty S Pen and bluetooth was also not working. With Note 5g the mobile received was 4G. Both the mobiles were returned back and Mr. Naman had confirmed the receipt of the same. I had to follow up with Mr. Naman for the replacement which was promised as Samsung S22 512 gb with additional cost which was also confirmed by Ms. Sneha on Mail. Order (#2234-TF )Pending Order In Process.
But did not receive anything. As after following up i made up my mind for Google pixel as Samsung S22 became outdated and we mutually agreed for Google pixel 9 Pro or 9Pro XL..6 Months back received call from Mr. Naman as he is going to Dubai and after negotiations and to testify my patience of 3.5 yrs Google pixel 9 Pro Xl was promised to me on discounted rate of 1 Lac and my old mobiles will go between 60-65K. But after that i had received no calls or update on my order. Neither your customer care is going through nor Mr. Naman is also not responding.. Not sure whether is he still working with the company. But you had confirmed that he is still in company and getting new business Targets so that your company can grow

My point is that after showing patience for 4 yrs i am still struggling to get a decent mobile from your company. Can u please share number of any sensible senoir Manager with the company as i have been left with no other option to go to Consumer Court.

I am very old customer of UNBOX YOUR MOBILE since 2022 and been experiencing there service since then , ordered many big and small products, I recently ordered a Samsung s23 5G and as usual I got it in brand New Sealed packed box as per there description. Very happy as usual

Below I saw 2- 3 Negative reviews and they look totally fake as they have not shared any order id nor they have shared any other details, it means they have totally faked it to defame the brand.

Please be aware of fake reviews , I trust this website since 2022 and they are totally genuine people with good customer support

Bought s22 ultra, website mentioned brand new, but came a used phone with full of cracks and one camera not working, they're not even picking my calls now

Not that good experience because they don't have any store where we can visit if we face any kind of problem in our phone. It is totally not safe at all to stake such a good amount on these websites which don't have there any single store. After buying from them it is totally up to them whether they want to help us or just wants to ignore and ignored one can't reach anyone coz, no one is there is resolve your issue. Again I am saying just think twice before purchasing anything from this website this the final wording from my side in this review maybe it will helpful for you guys🙏

It's a fraudulent website and they are genuine scammers they talk professionally give offers and when they receive payment your order is not dispatched they promise to send the product but eventually it never happens and they even promise to refund back the amount and finally stop responding

This is a scam website. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. I payed Rs. 68,999 for a new Samsung S22 Ultra in July 2024, and they sent me a crappy damaged second hand phone. On my complaining, they asked me to send it back, and said that they would refund the money. I sent it back, and now they are not returning the money! They have held my money for over 13 months! When I realized that this is a scam and they are trying to steal my money, I have filed an FIR/criminal complaint and a Consumer Complaint in Mumbai. When the consumer complaint was served at the registered office of the company, it was returned with the remark "addressee left". They have fancy advertising on Instagram and YouTube and are sweet talkers, but do not get fooled. They are completely dishonest and fraudulent as can be seen from my own experience, and those of others also.

I ordered a OnePlus Open and have neither received the product nor a refund. It's been weeks, and there has been absolutely zero support from the company. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times but received no proper response or resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. If the company cannot deliver the product, the least they can do is issue a prompt refund. I expected better service and accountability from a brand like this.
