They keep billing me even though I have cancelled. This has been going on for 4 months now. I have repeatedly had to have my amex push back on the billing and deal with emails saying that I did not cancel properly even though they said I would not be billed going forward.

We set our landing pages up and once we understood how the grids worked, we built the pages quite quickly. I was really surprised by the poor reviews. Price seems reasonable and landing pages look clean and modern.

I’ve been using Unbounce for years, and what used to be a fast, flexible, marketer-friendly landing page builder has turned into a frustrating, laggy, locked-down mess.

The new Smart Builder is basically a downgrade disguised as an upgrade. It’s painfully stiff, objects snap to invisible grids, you can’t freely move elements, and it feels like you’re fighting the editor instead of designing. The whole experience that once made Unbounce special, speed and creative control, is now buried under unnecessary constraints.

Even worse, fonts constantly revert to Arial, no matter what you select. You pick your brand font, refresh the page, and it goes right back to Arial. Their so-called “global theme fonts” system is completely unreliable and breaks basic visual consistency.

To make things worse, Unbounce now locks you into one-year contracts, clearly to stop users from switching to competitors. And that says it all, because there are plenty of better options now like Framer, SwipePages, Instapage, and Webflow. It’s almost like they know people are leaving, so they’re forcing commitment instead of earning loyalty.

Trying to be like Webflow without offering any of Webflow’s strengths, no animations, no carousels, no sliders, no reusable components, just makes Unbounce look outdated and overcomplicated. Matching the complexity of other platforms without matching their capability is not innovation. It’s self-sabotage.

I used to recommend Unbounce to clients constantly. Now, I wouldn’t even use it for free.
Unless they roll back these anti-user changes, Unbounce will keep losing the very marketers that built its reputation.

Not recommended. Thrid class tool. There are better, cheaper tools available.

Increased prices by 3X without agreement. Worked with them for years. Customer service arrogant. Such extremely high prices compared to other in the market

Be very careful with this company. After spending over $1,400 with them, I asked for a refund on a payment made the very same day, for a service I wasn’t going to use. They flatly refused, showing no flexibility or goodwill.
Most serious platforms offer refunds in case of early termination, but here they simply prefer to keep your money.
This feels like a scam: once they have your payment, you have no recourse. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible. We were charged for 2 months after we stopped using the service. After the 2nd charge, I immediately canceled and asked if they could refund just the most recent charge.

They emailed me back asking for a number of details. Once provided, they then tell me that they don't offer any refunds.

Enjoy my $200 you scamming creeps. And thanks for wasting my time.

They force you to use AI chatbots, and if you click on a support article, they cleverly close your ticket out.

I only noticed because I clicked on the article for one of the earlier questions to see if there was an answer.

I have had an open support ticket waiting to be answered for two days (since Sunday). So far, I have not received an estimated time for it to be answered, and no one has attempted to contact me. The company is based in Canada, so I doubt they had President's Day off, but I'll give them some slack for it being a Sunday afternoon when I was working on a landing page.

I have been replying to the email thread asking for a follow-up, and I feel like I'm just talking to myself now. I have email opened tracking on all my outgoing messages, so I know someone from support has opened my email, but there's still no response.

I will update my review if/when I hear back; however, the support and customer care have been inferior.

I’ve been with Unbounce for years, but recently, their pricing increased from $105.00 to $298.00. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I was offered a 50% discount. However, they still charged me the full $298.00. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I no longer recommend their services. I am currently requesting a refund for both January and February charges. I will update this review if they resolve the issue and refund my money as they should.

Update: They said they don’t offer refunds and sends emails saying I’m sorry this is not what you wanted to hear. They tried gaslighting to believe that I didn’t get that offer when I tried to cancel. Horrible!

I have tried different landing page builders, and frankly, this is the best one to use with Google or Youtube Ads. Their builder is quite easy to use, and the pages really play well with Google. If you are looking for a builder that works well with Google Ads, I think this is the best.

The templates are so easy to use and the pages come out looking amazing

We have been very happy Unbounce customers for around 10 years. Support is excellent especially for a tech challenged person like me. I would not even consider employing another company for our website needs. Very happy.

With a template, it's makes it So simple and straight forward to build your own page.

Worst landing page builder ever. No widgets of any kind, poor support, very few templates—only one sales page template, and it's terrible. No design ruler, the grid system is imprecise, and the price is extremely high.

We paid annually and half way through our billing period they removed features we used to have access to and then customer support told us to pay more if we wanted to use them again.
We paid for a product and essentially got downgraded after they got their money.

Absolutely Unacceptable - Beware of Secret Plan Upgrades and Charges!

We've been loyal customers of Unbounce for over 4 years, but our recent experience has left us outraged. Without any notice, they secretly upgraded our plan and charged us without our consent. When we reached out to their customer support, they brushed it off, claiming it was part of their T&Cs that they could do whatever they wanted with our account. Are you serious?

To make matters worse, they refuse to acknowledge any fault on their part and are asking us to take responsibility for it! How is this acceptable for a company that we trusted for so long? It’s not just about the money, it’s about the complete disregard for customer loyalty and transparency. We feel blindsided and disrespected by how they've handled this situation.

We can’t believe their audacity to respond to our concerns with such a dismissive email. This is not how you treat long-term customers. We are beyond disappointed and will definitely be reconsidering our options moving forward.

I cancelled my sub to unbouce a while back, and suddenly got hit with 300 dollars in charges saying i resubscribed, which I did not. I reached out to them, and they said sorry you signed up we can't help you. I definitely did not sign up, not only that they charged me 300 dollars and I have no idea why when it is only 100 a month. They basically went and just charged what they can and now won't give it back and have to declare it fraud. This is apparently a tactic of theirs and do it to others as well, and many people won't call up to cancel because they don't have time to fight with them. Stay away from them.

I don't know why this company has a bad rep for customer service. The guys took care of my issue within the day and they're quite reliable as well. Thank you!

Software is alright. Pricing is too high, and customer service is terrible (I'm looking at you Georg)
