Loft insulation was installed at my property under the ECO4 scheme, however the work has been left incomplete.

The installers removed the loft floorboards during installation but failed to reinstall or secure them, leaving the loft unusable and two rooms in my home completely blocked with belongings that cannot be returned.

In addition, the boiler installation that was part of the agreed work has not been carried out at all.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I was initially told the job would be completed, then later told they could not return, and have since stopped responding entirely to calls and messages.

The property has been left in a disrupted and unacceptable condition. I have now escalated this through formal complaint channels.

Very poor experience and lack of communication.

Absolutely appalling! This 'company' we're sent through the ECO4 scheme and 'installed' loft insulation, TRVs on radiators, trickle vents and an extractor fan in my bathroom in 2024!
They have taken up all the floor boards in my attic and thrown them along with all my belongings to the far end of the attic in a heap. I now can not get into my attic as it is not safe. The TRVs they 'fitted' were plonked on my radiators leaving me guessing where to turn them to select different temperatures. They couldn't fit them on all my radiators as they said I needed to get a plumber. The trickle vents won't close and I dread to think what the extractor fan in the bathroom is doing as it goes up into my attic.
I have been constantly contacting ECO4 since the 'installation' to have this work rectified. The installers have made no attempt to make contact to rectify any of this.
Next step is Citizens Advice and a Solicitor.
It seems I can't set a exact 'date of experience' as the calendar will not allow to go back any further than a year.
The installments still have not been rectified and there has been no contact from the installers to date... 31st January, 2026

Shocking... Boiler installation classified "AT RISK" Dangerous! and they will not come and rectify!

The installation has been poorly installed as per report from Bosch Worcester.
Having made numerous attempts to contact UM Solutions Ltd, left many telephone messages advising of the "AT RISK" installation by both telephone and Emails' I have advised them of the situation but they ignore all correspondence.

The whole installation is POOR.

My attempts at contacting them has been going on for well over a month, but no replies or contact. No doubt, they are very polite when collecting money.

Really, not sure how they have managed to receive positive reviews if this installation is anything to go by, and, complete lack of contact apart from one call from them which they must have called inadvertently whilst chatting in the background.

I want to explain everything about this company . This company run by hamza nasir and mohhamad Bilal akram. Many people work for them from last two years . I am one of them . They do work fake . Just pretend to government we are work professionals, but they just do frugal with their work for taking picture. All the cars and vans are registered on fake documents. They cut the wages of their workers without any reason, the main thing is that they hire needy person on cash in hand they don’t give any offerlatter or anything and person or worker have no documents or any evidence they work for this company. If Bilal or hamza nasir doesn’t need any worker like when they have less work they annoy workers , cut there wages when worker argue with them they stop responding their phone calls and massages and cut their permanent wages . I know many workers request them for their wages from last 4 months. It is big amount of wages like £1500 pound per worker. So I request all of you don’t trust them and make reports against this company. I request to government of uk to review this company and Cancle license don’t give work to this company.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Everything done in a timely manner. Lovely blokes. Kept everything clean and tidy. Communicated with me throughout and explained everything once installation was complete and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional people. The office used to lie on everything. Most mismanaged company. The people came for work left the property very dirty. Don’t recommend at all.

Ramazan and his coworkers replaced my back boiler with a Combi. The worked they carried out was of a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them.

U.M.Solution engineers fitted a very good boiler and central heating at my home. The engineers were polite and professional and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the new system and l am now much warmer !
