Top trainer
Our Croydon Trainer Mark has done a very good job to get everyone as fit as possible and as ready as possible with the sessions he and his team put on each week.

I took part in the Basildon/Southend…
I took part in the Basildon/Southend event a couple of years ago and would recommend this to anyone. It’s an amazing event, ran really well by professional coaches. With 8 weeks free training it’s a great way to get in shape and raise some money for charity. Definitely one on the bucket list that you’ll remember for a lifetime. Caution, be prepared to get hooked on boxing! Excuse the pun 😉🥊
