Excellent service ! I ordered a titanium band for my Ultra 2 Apple Watch but did not like the color match of the band to the watch case. The quality of the band was great but I couldn’t get past the color mismatch. I processed a return according to their instructions and was contacted quickly from a customer service agent and promptly helped get a return and refund started. I received acknowledgment of the return and a refund was issued shortly there after. Great job !

Product Quality.

The link system is quite cool and very effective.

However, there is a link, close to the clasp, that should not be movable as it keeps the whole thing together.

That link is defective on my watch band to the extent that the link falls out, and the watch hits floor!

Imagine your Ultra Watch 2 shattering on the floor, because the link falls out of the watch band.

The ordering part was easy with great visuals and description to see what you would be getting. The actual product looks even better. I liked the packaging and the clear instructions including link to video on how you can adjust the strap length. It was a breeze to do the adjustment. The strap looks extremely good and very professional to wear with an Ultra 2. Looking forward to new designs from Ultra supply.

Fit and finish were great but would have been best if it come with 22mm wide and other kind of clasps but totally it’s a great band

Titanium matched Watch Ultra 2 perfectly giving the watch an elegant look. The magnet clasp takes some getting used to, but they are strong and hold well. Resizing the band was a breeze with the included tools. Would definitely recommend to take you Watch Ultra 2 to the next level.
