I was concerned about whether the quality of the band at the point of attachment to the watch, the magnetic buckle, and whether the color would match my Apple Watch Ultra would be good. After all, I was having goods shipped from America to Europe and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning them. But everything is excellent. The strap fits great in the watch, the magnetic clasp is solid and the color fits perfectly. Communication with the store was immediate and all my questions were answered. I can only recommend it. I've already picked out the next thing I'm going to buy from Ultra Supply Co. Thank you.

I originally ordered 2 Ultra 2 face protectors and a metal band watch (on sale at the time). The band is great and easy to resize. I don't like metal bands but I figured I'd get one since my others are rubber or leather. This is the most comfortable link band I've ever worn and I'm 62 years old. The face protector is great quality (I ordered 2) and makes me feel safer with the front of the watch. Thanks very much for your personal approach to your customers. I also later ordered the 3in1 charger and it's very high quality and very fast charger.

My original watch band developed a problem locking the magnetic clip. Ultra replaced it within a few days of my notification of the issue. Outstanding support and customer service!

I bought a grade 4 titanium band at a very affordable price. While I am waiting for the shipment, I got a message from UPS that I need to pay a fee in order to release the shipment. This was not clear in the checkout page. I got in touch with Ultra’s customer service team and they immediately acknowledged that this wasn’t clear and told me that they will refund me so I can pay the fee and release the shipment. By doing that they have exceeded my expectations which is the ultimate goal of any customer service team, well done Ultra! Really waiting to get the product which seems of great quality.

Great quality no issues

Titanium watch band was as advertised. Service was great. Sizing was easy for I written and video instructions.

Purchased the magnetic band about 6 months ago. It would unclasp about once a month and fall off. I attributed the first couple to maybe I didn't set it correctly. It then became apparent that it just wouldn't lock together well enough. I emailed the company in hopes of maybe getting a discount on another since I really like this band. She sent me a free replacement! Received it a couple days later and is absolutely perfect. It clasps tight and does not fall off.
