Ultrasound Plus Recenzje 

Booked a lower limb Ultrasound. Nothimg on website said other charges applied. When i arrived to have my thigh and hip muscles to be scanned on my left leg was told i had to pay extra. Was conned. £110 was the cost when i arrived was billed an extra £55. Still yet to recieve my report. There justification was that they were still cheap. Beware of this company.

Visited today for our gender scan, and had a great experience. They checked everything and talked us through each part they were looking at and we were able to get great pictures!
The lady who completed our scan (Teresa) was lovely as was the lady on reception :)

Had 3 visits to the Brentwood clinic and honestly all 3 times they have been organised and so friendly. All 3 times the sonographer explained everything and was so reassuring. Recommend.

My partner booked for an early pregnancy scan. During the scan the sonographer said he was unable to see anything and told my partner that it is likely that she has miscarried (anembryonic pregnancy), and only a small chance that it was too early to see anything, as she was 7 weeks. He said if she would like another scan in 10 days we could book and pay for a second for £50. She referred herself to the hospital and until they were able to confirm a viable pregnancy, spent a few days devastated at this miscarriage that was likely to have occurred.

So I booked a gender scan for valentines day to find out the gender of our little bundle of joy.

It should have had a 4d sneak peak aswell but due to the pandemic it's not essential which is totally understandable ☺️

As its a gender scan I'd have thought I'd have got the potty shots, like other places give. But no. They did take potty shot pics but didn't give me any. Told me they don't give them out, and they don't think it's appropriate. If that's so then don't take them in the first place 🤦‍♀️ I guess I'm just upset and disheartened to have paid £59 and still be left unsure of the gender. If they gave me a potty shot there wouldn't be a problem at all as I'd have reassurance from it but oh well. Life goes on.

Attended today no fuss, great price and lovely staff. Really pleased with the service

I was scanned and had bloods taken for NIPT at docklands clinic the gentleman who carried out my scan and did my bloods was super lovely made me feel relaxed. The receptionist was very friendly. I ended up having to go to Watford branch for some more blood to be taken the women again was extremely lovely and again put me at ease straight away overall great experience at both clinics.

Appalling service

They treat you like you’re beneath them if you purchase through groupon, won’t allow you to book the same way as the ‘full paying customers’ you have to keep calling back at silly times! Then when you do finally get offered an appointment, they fail to book it! As soon as you mention Groupon, they’re not interested. Insensitive and no empathy for customers whatsoever! I have no booked elsewhere!

I went to do a dna scan which cost me 800 pounds i was told due to covid it would take two weeks instead of 1 week, 2 weeks past and I got no call with the results I called to ask for the result the women said she will call me later that day she did not call so I called in the morning she said he will be another 3 working days I told her u didn't call back when I called to tell me this I had to call you she then became very rude and said if I am not happy I can get my money back I never said I wanted my money back I am a 32 weeks pregnant and I was anxious to know and I fell she wasn't supportive I asked for her name so I can make an complaint she she said the manager I said its even more disrespectful being a manager and talking to customers that way not only I didn't get no pictures of my scan I feel I was treated very bad. I would to speak to head office but I can't find there contact number

Had my ultrasound today in Brentwood. All staff very professional and was seen by Julius who performed the ultrasound. He was very thorough and took time to check everything giving me the reassurance I needed. Was in on time so cannot praise enough

I booked an appointment for 11 July, then we had to go to the A&E therefore I had to cancel the appointment even before the appointment time. Since then I have been chasing them for the deposit refund. Multiple calls and multiple emails; but, no result. Furthermore, today I was reprimanded by the branch manager. I can understand late payments but I cannot forgive bad communication. I have been having very negative experience with them.

I went for an early baby scan this morning, can I say this place is beyond worth the money, I’m so happy with the pictures and I even have a video of my baby jumping around, waving and its heart beating! The lady who performed the scan was extremely lovely and informative, highly recommend anyone without a doubt! Will definitely be returning later on during my pregnancy. Thank you so much ❤️

***Update after re-scan***
Appointment ran for about 15-20 minutes and we could not praise Julius enough, he was really patient and worked with us to get the best images of our baby that were possible. He was very polite and talked us through everything we were seeing and we walked away with beautiful images. He deserves five stars for the amazing work he does.

***Updated*** I received a call shortly after I wrote my initial review to further discuss my complaint. They agreed the service received had not been up to standard and this would be addressed with the staff. I have been booked for a 5 min re-scan appointment***

We booked a growth scan with 3D images at the East London branch on May 29th as they were the only provider that was allowing partners in and also offering the 3D service.

The receptionist and sonographer were both friendly and this is where the good experience ended. Our baby was not in a good position so we were told we would be booked for a re-scan and I would hear back by Monday June 1st from the office to confirm when that appointment would be. As I didn't hear back from them I called and was told someone would call me the day after, this call did not happen either nor did any of the other promised calls I got when I followed up.

I rang today June 8th and got a really rude response from the person on the phone telling me the service I was waiting for was not essential and asking if I understood that we were going through a global pandemic and hence they were very busy. This person told me to stop ringing and that there was a 2 week window for them to arrange for the scan.

I do understand the situation that we are going through but don't appreciate that A) You were happy to take my money for a service you deem non-essential and B) Your personnel keeps giving me wrong information and being extremely rude when I call to ask for an update when I don't hear back when I expect to do so based on your response.

Long story short... we didn't end up having a scan here due to lockdown, but getting a refund was painful. Booked scan mid March and got the refund today (3rd June). It took several calls and emails to finally get our money back. Granted there were a couple of times where we didn't promptly respond to their attempts to call us but we had also made several attempts to make contact with them too without luck.

Given the current climate regarding covid 19 my partner has been unable to attend any of our first child’s ultrasounds. I struggled to find a clinic that would allow a partner to attend but then stumbled upon this one on social media. Booked straight away no hesitation. Very clean clinic, would only allow one couple in the waiting area at any point, along with disinfection of ultrasound room between consultations and hand sanitiser provided. Found out the gender of our baby within minutes and we’re both over the moon! Thank you for allowing my partner to share this special moment with me in these tough times x

Had been waiting for a month or so for an Ultrasound Scan - KUB referred by my G.P. I discovered Ultrasound Plus but was wary due to some of the reviews. This was the only place currently open so I was more than happy to give it a try.
I was late but got shown into the Consultant straight away, the first thing I noticed was that the gel was warm and not cold, sometimes it is the little things :-) He carried out a full scan and was very knowledgeable in regards to procedures I'd previously had. I waited in reception while a couple were shown in to the Consultant (apologies for you having to wait, it was my fault) and then the report and scans were handed to me. The biggest surprise at Ultrasound Plus really is the price, a lot cheaper than other local places.

**Watford**
I booked a groupon offer of £39 for a gender scan. Our appointment was at 6pm and we brought our son with us. The receptionist was friendly however didn’t advise us that we needed to put something in our car dashboard for parking?
Sonographer Nadia was so warming and friendly and explained everything on the scan. Unfortunately baby wasn’t cooperating and had its cord between it’s legs. We had to walk around get a fizzy drink etc twice and there was a huge backup of people waiting (one point there was no where to sit). I wouldn’t say the environment was calm and relaxing compared to some other scan places I’d been to in Watford. We was given a hand written report and was advised that we would need a rescan on another day. We was there 1 hour 30 minutes in total and was not a nice experience for my son. Receptionist doesn’t rebook scans and I was advised I would receive a call the next day to book an appointment. It got to late afternoon and I hadn’t received a call and I thought I’d call them. No answer and it was a mobile voicemail, a couple of seconds later I had a call back from a mobile number saying that they had missed calls from my number - not very professional to be fair and felt like it was a nuisance me wanting to rebook. They rebooked me for the next week for a 5 minute scan. In the meantime I booked a scan on Sunday with wttw and the atmosphere was so nice there and warming. I did go back for my rescan to confirm wttw got the gender right and the sonographer daniela was again friendly and explaining all of the checks she was doing .

I would say it is good value for money (£39 groupon) however I didn’t receive the “sneak peak 4D” both times which I should’ve received. If you are wanting a more relaxing and intimate experience I would book with heybaby4D .

Worst experience. Awful customer service. They changed my appointment time without telling me it was changed. When I arrived the sonographer had left. Essentially he had no other appointments so tried to move mine so he didn’t have to wait around. When I “missed” the appointment because they had changed the time without telling me the receptionist didn’t apologise or say anything comforting just that I had missed it (as though it was my fault) despite them changing the time by over an hour, and the sonographer had gone home. All she would offer is a promise her manager would call me back, now after no one called to tell me the appointment time had changed you can see why I would be skeptical. The receptionist didn’t care and just smiled as though nothing had gone wrong, it was my fault.
No one called me to ask where i was when I ‘missed’ the appointment.
Very very upset in what was supposed to bean exciting happy day. Day ruined.

Had an amazing time! The lady who done our scan was brilliant, nothing was rushed and she made me feel at ease.

Very good profissional, I recommend.
