PARTS DON'T FIT - NOT INTERESTED
I ordered parts for my car on Ebay, and to confirm they were the correct parts for my vehicle I used the registration number of my vehicle to verify. The parts were confirmed to fit. I took the parts to my regular garage to have them fitted, and they don't fit. I have had to purchase the correct ones. I contacted this supplier and they are not prepared to help in any way. They say it is my fault . Ebay can't help as it was purchased more than 30 days ago. Don't expect any courtesy here! When it goes wrong - THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED!

Simply the best!
I hardly ever leave reviews, but I needed to let others know about Ultimate Styling. I had been searching EVERYWHERE for a rear windscreen wiper for my Fiat 500X, but the ones you get from well known, "big brands" did not fit my car at all. Thankfully I found Ultimate Styling. They had exactly what I needed. The delivery was quick and easy and arrived the very next day (if you order before 4PM). Will definitely use them again.

Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. They advertise on e-bay with an item they do not have. They promise next day delivery, take your money and then do not deliver. I have a very irate customer waiting for his car. The only reason I ordered from them was for next day delivery. DO NOT order anything from them. They are charletons.

WON'T REFUND OR ACKNOWLEDGE MY MESSAGES
This business is like most other UK online retailers. Very good at the front end, until and problem arises !
For example Refunds!
I ordered 3 parts and paided online.
The following day I had a call to say one of the parts was OOS. No worries and will issue a refund. Got that quickly and no issues.
However one of the other parts didn't fit properly ! I even sent a video of part explaining why it wouldn't fit.
I called them up and explained it could be a manufacturing defect!
They agreed to resent the part again.
That second part arrived but was the same and didn't fitted. We agreed to send this back and offer me a printed label and a refund, upon receiving the part.
I sent this off next day and picture of the parcel with a return label.
And here's where we start
7 days pass and i hear absolutely nothing ! I email them asked them if they had received the part and please update and confirm my refund, as agreed.
I receive a message back and say the refund as already been given! Really...
I explained this was for the original OOS part.
The response back " Will look into this..
Another 7 days go by and still nothing!
I send another strongly worded email and require a refund and struggling to understand why I'm having to do all the chasing.
Still nothing...
20 messages to date and still nothing.

Ultimate letdown
Ultimate Styling could have dealt with the situation better. In March I bought a headlamp for my Mk7 Golf. The box remained unopened until now as the car was going in for a service. After the mechanics removed the bumper and old misty headlight they went to fit the new one. Unfortunately it was missing a lug which secures the bulb. It wasn't rattling around in the unit or in the box. Steve at Ultimate Styling stated "sorry but we don't have any stock to resend this to you, are you ok if we refund you?". I said fair enough. Now Steve has changed his mind. Stating their policy "requires that any damage or defect be reported within 48 Hours of receipt". This is crazy as there is no way the fault could have been noticed, the defect wasn't visible without opening the rear cover. And Steve knew when the unit was ordered (as I stated in my 1st email). He would not give a partial refund or offer a gesture of goodwill even though there is a clear defect with the unit. This leaves me with a £100 unit and garage labour costs.

We’ve reviewed the order and correspondence, and while we do appreciate your frustration, the issue was reported many months after delivery. Our terms require any damage or defect to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. It’s standard practice across the industry and is in place precisely to prevent situations like this.
All customers are advised to open and inspect their goods on arrival, even if they don’t plan to fit them immediately. Leaving a product unopened for several months makes it impossible to know how or when any damage may have occurred, and unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility once that timeframe has passed.
We do understand this outcome is disappointing, but given the long delay and the lack of any report at the time of delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement outside our policy.

I received a part that doesn't fit my car and to date I have not received a free return label despite sending several e mails.
I would steer clear of these charlatans as no one relies to any e mails etc.

I felt the need to take time to write a five star review. This company have given me the best service I have ever had from any car parts distributor. I ordered Friday at 4pm and received my item by 4pm Saturday!! Fantastic service! This package was sent with free postage - next day delivery. I'm so chuffed, thank you Ultimate Styling team. Great value and prompt delivery
Knocked off my wingmirror cover and needed one asap so all wirework etc wasn't exposed. Ordered this at 8am on Friday and it arrived by lunchtime Saturday. As described. Amazing!
