From the very beginning, the team was professional, approachable and genuinely supportive. Communication was always clear, prompt and friendly, and I always felt that my queries were taken seriously.

I would especially like to thank Celmari, who supported me throughout my tenancy. She was consistently kind, approachable and incredibly helpful whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. One experience that particularly stood out was when I needed to report an issue at the property while she was on leave. Even though she wasn't in the office, the matter had already been passed on to the rest of the team, and my issue was resolved within around 30 minutes. That level of teamwork and commitment to tenants really impressed me and reflects the excellent service that Ultimate Real Estate provides.

I would also like to thank Clarin, who carried out the property viewings. Despite the number of viewings that took place, Clarin was always courteous, respectful of my space and communicated well in advance. Beyond the viewings, she was always friendly, approachable and happy to help whenever I needed assistance during my tenancy.

A big thank you as well to Carmen, who looked after my tenancy and contractual matters. She made the administrative side of the tenancy straightforward and was always professional, organised and efficient whenever I needed her assistance.

I also appreciated how accommodating the team was before I moved in, including providing an additional chest of drawers for the room. Small touches like this, together with the team's professionalism and willingness to help, made my experience even more positive.

Overall, my experience with Ultimate Real Estate has been excellent from start to finish. Every member of the team I interacted with was professional, friendly and genuinely cared about providing a great service. Avoid this rental company. Completely unprofessional and will make you believe you will live with professional people. Once you move in they had a front room for us residents 3 months done the line took it away without any consultation of people living there just to rent it out to a student who smoked drugs and slammed doors all night. A guy who moved into the basement was another nutter no background checks on these people. They brought in 2 noisy students just to make a quick buck and they do not act on if a resident breaks a tenancy agreement. Carolina the girl that stutters more times then a Tommy gun is an about as useful as a chocolate teapot. We were law abiding tenants for the duration we lived there but they act so unprofessional, leave you without electricity if it goes off for days, workmen just come in unannounced without any form of email communication. People move in and out without email communication. They like to just fill the rooms with any old rubbish. Seriously avoid this company they are crooks and when you do move out they will take away a small
Portion of your deposit even though you clean the room and they provide a crap hoover for you to clean with. I moved out in January but I thought I would leave a bad review as our time spent in there property was like hell. The agent to avoid is Carolina! Has about as much knowledge as a new born baby.

This is an nauseating company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I found a room from their listing. Went through the long winded process of having to tell them ever single tedious thing about this and that. Until I got worried because the next day was when I was meant to move in so I called and there was no answer.

I had paid the HOLDING DEPOSIT so I just wanted it back. Still today. There is absolutely no answer. No contacting them at all. They are scammers. Avoid at all costs
