Refurbished my pitiful old bathroom into a showroom shower room. It was very quick and the tradesmen were great. Really happy with the finish, it is a proper upgrade. Smooth process from start with very approachable and knowledgeable people. Very tidy workers left no mess.

At all points of the process we had first class service from Ultimate Home Solutions. We have a lovely new bathroom, top to bottom and we believe we got very good value for money. We would be happy to go back to them if and when we consider further home improvements. Many thanks to Kirsty, Brian, Dave, Paul, Nigel and Craig, from Teresa and Alan Hunter.

Ultimate Home Solutions were very quick in responding to my online enquiry. We had a visit arranged within 2 days. Sales person Kirsty was very knowledgeable and she guided us without being pushy or influenced our decision. Due to having no bathroom they put us down for express fit. Bathroom installed within 2 weeks which was fantastic. Every member of staff from the start to the installers were very friendly helpful and respectful. Would highly recommend this company. Standard of work was excellent and we love our new bathroom. There was also different options re financing the job.
We also had Craig who came out a few days later to check the standard of the job. He was so helpful friendly and listened to our experience.

Ultimate Home solutions supplied and fitted a complete new bathroom, with walk in shower, Sink, WC, units and flooring. Excellent end result. Very professional outfit. From Kirsty with the samples and guidelines, to installers, Kyle and Jack. And Craig with his follow up visit for post installation evaluation. Completed on time, and no mess left.
Highly recommended.

It might not be the cheapest but I’ve learned a hard lesson with my previous bathroom! After 4 years it looked horrendous. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new one. The products are high quality and it looks absolutely amazing. Kirsty who came to the house was excellent and very helpful. Hayden who fitted it all was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and he is so professional and detail oriented. We also had a visit from a very helpful surveyor, Brian, before work began. I would recommend without hesitation.

Great experience with Ultimate Homes from first contact salesman coming out very quick and quickly followed up by surveyor French door and kitchen window ordered 4th June and installed on the 27th June fitters where excellent and left place very tidy would highly recommend this company

I loved the experience. The finished product was far beyond my expectations and the workload was quickly carried out and completed. The workers when they arrived were polite and maintained high quality standards. Further, they ensured the mess they made was cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to others as the business is very professional

Job for exterior wall coating was ok. Very expensive. The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. On 2 days I waited in as the person carrying out the work required power access. No show with the old chestnut excuses of a puncture & the car would not start. Regardless, no contact from anyone to inform me of the non attendance. On one occasion I phoned the customer service at 11.45 to be informed they would get back to me. At 13.00 I phoned back again as I had received no update. 2 days waiting at home only for no one to turn up. Customer Service with this company is a complete misnomer. After the completion of work, the slabs and concrete outside my front door entrance are covered in paint stains. I challenged this with the person who carried out the job to be informed the rain would wash it away. The “customer care manager” Craig Tervit attended taking photographs. He also conceded Ultimate’s communication could be better. No, it could be. 4 days later he left a garbled voicemail which I could not decipher. I have phoned his mobile several times and Ultimate “customer care” three times. The result is Ultimate are claiming the paint stains have returned the slabs to their natural colour. Nonsense. I have still not spoken directly with the “customer care manager”. Ultimate’s post work visit is just paying lip service. Do not be fooled by such promises. I would not recommend this company. NO, NO, NO. I would have decreased the stars in this review to no stars if I could. Definitely not a company I would recommend.

I have now read the reply from Ultimate and explicitly Daniel. He was the member of the Customer Service Team I contacted at 11.45 hours as described above. On that day, he informed me he would get back to me yet I was required to call again over one hour later whilst I was still awaiting the arrival of the “installer”. This was only resolved after I called the finance manager. In summary, I waited in the house for two separate days on the arrival of an “installer” who required a power source to carry out work on my property. Ultimate have again conceded their customer service is awful regardless of vehicle breakdowns etc. There is no excuse for the lack of contact to me informing me of any arrival/ non arrival issues. Additionally there was no masking of my windows or other key areas.
On 2nd June the customer care manager attended my property when I showed him the areas where the paint had stained my slabs and concrete. He took photographs. On 5th June he left a garbled voice message on my phone which I could not decipher. I called his mobile five times from W/C 9th June trying to ascertain what he had said in his message. Yet he has no recollection of receiving these calls!!! I can provide screenshots of the calls I made.
On 16th, 19th & 23rd June I called Ultimate Customer Service and spoke with Stephen on each occasion who stated he would get Craig, the customer (doesn’t) care manager to contact me. On 23rd June Stephen informed me he had spoken to Craig who informed him the paint stains were due to the concrete and slabs returning to their original colour. What is the point in a customer care manager who does not fulfil his role.
I gave Ultimate and their customer care manager another week to make contact with me before posting my review on 30th June. I was invited/urged to post a review by the customer care manager.
For Ultimate to accuse me of failing to return their calls/engage with them is ridiculous and completely inaccurate.
In summary, I have paint stains throughout the exterior of my property. Ultimate have suggested another visit to view these. They have already visited being shown the stains, taking photographs. The need for another visit is insulting.
I would re-iterate this is the worst company I have ever engaged with. Their customer service is awful, just absolutely awful. I would not recommend this company. Steer clear at all costs.

I was very well impressed from stat to finish with ultimate home solutions. I had Henry the sales for the double glazing and his advice was second to none and thank goodness for my windows look beautiful. The company that installed them were very professional and very clean workers. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in future for any further projects.

We had searched for a while to upgrade our small, awkward ensuite. Ultimate Home Solutions absolutely exceeded expectations. Kirsty initially came to take measurements, offer options, and provide a quote based on samples. We chose a design, and Kirsty returned to confirm details and address any changes. Installation was completed within the six-week timeframe; Brian and his team worked for four days, finishing precisely at 7:00 PM. One team member dedicated himself to the bathroom, ensuring everything met an extremely high standard, which it has. They also conducted a follow-up visit to ensure our satisfaction and gather feedback. We were thrilled. We knew our renovation would be challenging, and Ultimate Home Solutions did an outstanding job.

I would highly recommend them. They handle all manner of home projects, not just bathrooms—get in touch!

We recently had our bathroom refurbished by Ultimate Solutions. From the first enquiry call everyone has been very helpful.
Kirsty came out and was very informative on the products, planning and design for the bathroom. Within the 2wk timescale quoted the work commenced.
The fitters Desmond, Paul & Brian were all very professional, hard working and friendly.
There was minimal disruption and mess, they cleaned up as they went along. The bathroom took two and a bit days to complete.
This was followed up last week with a visit from Craig to inspect the work and answer any questions outstanding.
We would definitely recommend Ultimate Solutions and will use them again for future work.
