Great communication prior, during and after our move.
Lovely, friendly, careful crew who worked extremely efficiently and speedily.
Husein seemed to have solutions to all our moving dilemmas, of which there were many!
I couldn't recommend them more.

Highly recommend this company! We had a bed and two tvs we needed moving from a third floor house to a second floor flat. From start to finish the process was smooth sailing, professional and stress free. They arrived on time, and within 2 hours the job was done. Highly recommend Kam and his team and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again!

These guys were absolutely amazing ! I would recommend them 100%…. The communication from the start was excellent and the execution of my move seamless. They dealt with a large number of furniture from on a 3d floor in London (with no lift), delivered reusable goods to a Children’s charity in Streatham and the remainder of goods to me in Herts! I simply cannot fault them … thank you so, so much to an amazing team !! Friendly, calm, nothing impossible, good prices and zero breakages 👏👏👏

A truly fantastic team, efficient, professional and really took the stress out of moving. They kept me updated on arrival times etc on the day, arrived on time and got to work straight away, packed the Vans quickly and took care of all our possessions furniture and boxes. Can’t recommend these guys a enough.

I highly recommend UL&R Ltd. Husein was both flexible and reliable which was invaluable in the situation we were in. He gave us a quote on the day he came to visit for the estimate and was subsequently easy to get hold of/quick to reply. The team packed everything very well for us (a very full house where we had lived with 2 kids for many years). The guys were all super friendly and polite. They even stayed until 8pm to help us put back together some tricky French furniture at the other end. I warmly recommend them. Five star service!

Where do I start…….Husein and his team did an amazing job moving my daughter from Ruislip to East London and they looked after her so well.

All materials like different sized boxes, bubble wrap and tape were provided if needed.

A few weeks later they came back at 9am - 6pm and packed up my stuff. I cannot find the words to describe what an amazing job Husein and his team - Kam, Abdul, the twins and Perry did.

The whole team were back with me from 9am - 11pm packing up the remainder like our beds and couches and started loading up the vans ready to move my son and me and as it got later and later not once did anyone complain, professional from start to finish and they have all gone above and beyond. Along the way I have managed to get to know all of them and I feel like I have known them for a very long time.

The whole team organised, polite, respectful, kind & considerate what more can you ask for?

Amazing experience with Universal Logistics & Removal from start to finish. Hussain came round on the same day we contacted them to take a look at our removal job. He was very professional and sent us through a quote that evening. We used them for packing and removal services. Communication was great throughout with everything clearly explained. The team arrived on time and worked very hard to get everything ready and out. Everything was packed up really well and nothing was damaged or broken during the move. A great team of guys who were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with.
Once we had moved in we needed some rubbish clearance arranged and Universal were on hand to help. They went out of their way to fit us in quickly and help us get our new home sorted. So grateful to have found these guys and will definetley use again. Thank you!!

The most incredible stress-free move thanks to Universal Logistics & Removals. My husband and I worked from home whilst having our house packed, completely undisturbed. Kam and his team were professional from the start. Our boxes were labelled, packed and wrapped with care. Our move went smoothly and on time. Highly recommended movers.

I had put out an emergency Facebook request on my local community group 24 hours before my project had to be completed and instantly UL&R were mentioned over and over again. I left a message with them as well as other companies, only to receive a phone call within a few hours from UL&R to ascertain details of my request.

Husein, who was taking bookings, gave me a quote with a reduction to price match the other quote I had received. He confirmed that he could commit to the day I wanted at the time needed. On the day, a message was sent to me by the actual removal team giving me ETA of their arrival.

I had failed to mention there was an extra piece of item that needed to be transported and they did not charge me extra or hesitate in taking it.

They were polite, professional and Covid safe throughout the job. The incurred an unexpected obstacle of taking the heavy items over a cast iron rod when it refused to go underneath. Never did they say this was impossible nor refuse to put themselves in danger or damage the goods. The aftercare services was just as considerate and professional as the job itself.

I CANNOT believe this kind of service exists. It was refreshing, rewarding and a relief to know that my project was in extremely safe hands.

Please consider this company for all your business and personal jobs. You cannot go wrong and they do not over charge you. You can justify the cost against the work involved and the quick turn around it is done in.

What an amazing team! Right from the point of first call for a quotation, untill he job was done the team were professional and hard working. Highly recommended to anyone!

I was struggling to find to reputable company to help with my move when a friend suggested I contact Universal Logistics and Removals. From my initial contact with Kamil, I found him to be professional and courteous. We agreed a removal package/dates but a few days before the move I hurt my back. I contacted Kamil and asked for more help with packing and he confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. The packing duo hero’s, Archie and Simon, arrived with Kamil 2 days before my move and worked tirelessly to get everything packed and ready for the big day. I was dreading sleeping on the floor but Kamil assured me that beds would be dissembled on the day. Move day arrived and Kamil and his team arrived early to load up and pack up the remaining items. They were quick and efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. An extra van was hired to accommodate my years of hoarding and we were set to go. There was a setback with my key release but Kamil and team were exceptionally understanding and made their way to my new home and waited patiently for me to turn up with the key. We discussed what would happen in the event that the keys weren't released (not uncommon in the middle of a pandemic apparently) but mercifully it didn’t come to that. The key saga set us back by a few hours but the team were on form and worked quickly, efficiently and still managed to smile throughout. They were careful balancing the job at hand and mindful of my cream carpet!! They left late but no one complained and they just got on with the task at hand were still laughing and joking. I would not hesitate to recommend Universal Removals based on my experience.
