What a team, ordered a beautiful Corian worktop on Wednesday, template done on Friday, installed Wednesday, wonderful professional service, can’t fault them !

Doing a whole house refurbishment can be stressful. But when you deal with honest, straight talking people who deliver quickly and can offer sound advice then it makes one's life easy. I've interacted with 2 people on email and 4 people in person (2for templating and 2 for jnstall) and everyone has been spot on. The final product is great and looks good. Thanks for being so efficient and easy to deal with.

I really tried hard with this company and gave the benefit of the doubt, but the service I have received has been awful.

I gave my worktop requirements (a fairly standard one - two slabs one waterfall and cutouts for hob and sink) and have been waiting for a quote for two months. Three weeks ago I started chasing as it was becoming more urgent. I got through often but there was always an excuse as to why the quote had not come through... Emails had broken, not had time yet, etc. Always with the promise it would be with me later that day.

I just made my final call to say if they weren't able to quote me we will just go with another company and I when I identified myself I had the phone put down on me.

I can't comment on the quality of the product as I never even received the quote...

I was trying to update a quote that my partner got around 4th June now that we actually need our worktop.
Selina also emailed a number of times to no response.

This afternoon I called at 13:55, someone answered saying it was UK Worktops, I identified myself and then I heard the reciever go down.

I'm honestly not trying to be difficult and I understand we can't all be perfect all the time. This was just my experience, and quite frankly it has taken leaving a review here to get an email to come through to Selina.

Thanks for offering to call tomorrow, but I think we will just go with another company now.

I'd like to suggest that maybe you have a think about how you deal with customer complaints. You can check my profile on trustpilot and google... this is the first bad review I have ever left and felt like my last resort.

Something has clearly frustrated me enough to leave a bad review. I had a problem and instead of acknowledging your mistake and trying to help me resolve it, you have actually become defensive and basically called me a liar. If you'd just admitted you or your systems had made a mistake I probably could have been persuaded to delete my review, as people make mistakes all the time.

I don't care what your system says, business systems are not always perfect, and I have a call log on my phone (as well as my memory) that proves someone at your number picked the phone up to me.

I never said I have been waiting for a quote since June. I said that I have been trying to get a requote in the last three weeks to no avail, while chasing a number of times by phone.

You say you have sent emails and quotes, but none have come through, including to the spam folder, which is why I have called over and over again (and been perfectly friendly). Again, chasing a worktops company isn’t fun for me. I was worried the problem might be on our end, however, after leaving my review an email magically got through to us, so I now believe you either didn't send anything or had a system failure.

I also think it is a good idea to leave this review here, if only to show how you deal with customers who have a bad experience.

Highly recommend this company. I was impressed with the fast efficient service .It was a pleasure to deal with them.
We were badly let down by our original kitchen fitters and would have been left without the use of our kitchen.
Just as I was loosing faith with builders and bad workmanship and work ethic my faith has been restored.

Prompt response at all times via email and courteous staff when spoke on the phone. We needed to change the order at templating due to a long lead time on our original choice and the team doing the templating had samples on the van and talked us through the finer points of the material and fit.

Turnaround time from templating to fitting was 48 hours! Excellent finish and very impressed.

Very good product. The installation was quick and Chris was excellent. The product was delivered very quickly after the kitchen was templated. We are very happy with the job.

I spoke to many companies and got many samples for my kitchen counter but from the start UK Worktops impressed me. The team in the office are a delight and provide quite efficient and clear responses. The guys who put in the counter have done and outstanding job. I am just amazed really at how good it looks, far better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you, thank you!

If I could have clicked 6 stars I would have! From my initial enquiry to completion the service was superb. I had a few issues getting an independent joiner (nothing to do with this company) to prepare the units to have the worktop fitted but Laura kept in touch to see how I was getting on, but not in a pushy way. Templating was done quickly and efficiently and 3 days later my worktop was fitted. Vas kept me updated of installation details and the tradesmen arrived promptly and completed the work to a high standard. They were friendly, polite and professional. When they left I noticed a small mark on the worktop, contacted Vas and within the hour the guys were back to fix it - in actual fact I could have done it myself with a kitchen spray but was reluctant to try to remove it. I was reassured that they were happy to return although I did feel bad that they had to come back. Thanks so much, we are absolutely delighted. If you are thinking of having an acrylic worktop installed, look no further, I can highly recommend this company.

We are so pleased we used Worktops direct. The service has been excellent from start to finish. We knew we wanted to have Corian Lava rock but were unsure of which sink to choose to go with it so asked for their opinion. Their choice was spot on. The Corian work top was templated on Monday 18th October and installed on Thursday 21st October. The templaters / installers did a cracking job, we are so pleased with the finished product.

I can’t fault the service we received. Each change in spec was followed up immediately with a revised costing, and once decided we were booked in within a couple of working days. Very impressed with the speed of templating, fabrication and fitting. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks!

Very efficient and straightforward. Laura was great in answering my questions and booking us in. The fiiters arrived on time and worked around the constraints of the site to fit the kitchen. We are happy with the way they went about their job and they were much cheaper than the highstreet kitchen fitters.

Laura is an absolute star and really set my mind at ease with her frank and honest updates of supply problems they were having.
The install team were great considering and considering they had to get heavy materials on to a boat up ladders they didn’t complain (much 🤣) I would suggest an extension lead be a cost effective addition to their tool kit though 🙄
